Shane Belter (@ShaneBelter) reported@Bell satellite is the MOST uselesssssss company in the world. We have not had TV for 6 WEEKS.....I have talked to no less than 15 customer service people and to date have had zero help. Avoid Bell at all costs what a Joke of a company.

When the tornado ripped through her neighbourhood and she lost power for multiple days, we could always reach her by phone. She had to switch to VOIP- no choice. Now, half the time her line doesn't work.

Their casual response while our patients wait is incredibly frustrating. This keeps happening. Amit Jaiswal (@AmitJai20) reported@Bell Pathetic service. My monthly payment was deducted, then reversed and I was charged a $30 NSF fee 3 times. Bell store told me to call Bell Finance Support, but my outgoing calls are barred.Why can't store handle billing issues? Very frustrating. @Bell_Support
