Nothing like big tele services in Canada continuing to charge arm and leg for basic items. Terrible service by @Bell - 2 yrs ago sign for a package that is now $100 more per month than what it was 2 years ago? In addition they can’t offer me anything. Terrible customer service

@Bell_Support I have been dealing with Bell to sort out the issue. I’m still waiting for the $1300 owed to me since Sept 2021. I haven’t had @Bell services since Feb 2021. There’s been a credit on my closed account and they didn’t bother to pay me.

@Bell I live in a dense neighbourhood in the core of a major city. A (different) Bell technician told me that the fibre backhaul for this area was laid years ago but they're not doing customer hookups let, so this really stings. cc @Bell_Support
