    1. Good news! The issue with @Bell_Support was resolve to complete satisfaction in fewer than 20 hours total. They were extremely polite and courteous throughout Now, the issue is @GoodLifeFitness

    @MathivanyM @Bell_Support @Bell Their reps are horrible.. just try asking them at the beginning of a call what their employee number is so that you can keep track of who you are talking to. Half the time you will get immediately "disconnected". They have become just as bad as Rogers.

    @Bell glad to know that nearly 20 years as a loyal customer to you warrants being treated like crap. Cut by phone off 5 days before Christmas, your chat agent tells me I need to phone AR to talk to them, but you cut my phone line so I can't call you!
