The interface is awful, the picture quality isn’t as good, and live sports are actually not as current as the old boxes as I get updates in sporting apps even though I am supposedly live. Is there anyway to go back??

They keep on transferring my calls and what not. Every time I call they end up telling me there is network problem in one of your towers in my location??? Its been more than a months. I am not paying more than 100$ for this type of service
