@Bell_Support Hey Bell, I was just told that my internet is down and I have to wait 5 DAYS FOR A TECH TO COME! 5 DAYS?!? WHAT AM I PAYING FOR EXACTLY, your customer service is the worst. As a new customer I'm regretting my choice.

  • Coprolithic Coprolite (parody) 🦣 (@Coprolithic) reported

@HardingRyan @CityofEdmonton @Bell Granted, since 101 is a terrible stroad with nothing to redeem it, especially at Bell Tower, I usually pass further south.

  • mike_collinge Michael Collinge (@mike_collinge) reported

@Bell_Support Once we get through this ridiculous obstacle, they are going to ask for my username name. Issue: since the account was not set up by #Bell to me, registration never happened. Now what?

  • mike_collinge Michael Collinge (@mike_collinge) reported

@Bell_Support Now this is the issue, how do you verify that I am Michael Collinge? My account is set up under a similar version of my name.

  • DjaMon777 DjaMon💫 (@DjaMon777) reported

@Bell_Support Internet and Fibe down in Niagara. 90 mins now.

  • mike_collinge Michael Collinge (@mike_collinge) reported

@__nadia25 @Bell You should read my tweets on how @Bell_Support treats their customer's.

  • mike_collinge Michael Collinge (@mike_collinge) reported

@Bell_Support Since you never set up the service calls, you can understand why I am not going through this procedure of yours tomorrow to access the account.

  • mike_collinge Michael Collinge (@mike_collinge) reported

@Bell_Support I do not understand how you can not listen to your customer from November and completely ignore the fact the account is under the wrong name.

  • SteveShellnutt Steve Shellnutt (@SteveShellnutt) reported

@Bell_Support Your reps told me nothing could be done. The first person I talked to told me that they would have fixed it if I noticed the bill change when it happened in September but they won’t do it now. I’ve never had a mobility plan change pricing in 22 years let alone 12.5% in 6 months.

  • mike_collinge Michael Collinge (@mike_collinge) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell_Support, my patience is running low. You caused this problem in November when you opened the account under the wrong name, you consistently put barriers in my way to fix it by refusing to do so, now fix it. Please, thank you, and respectfully.
