@Bell_Support you guys have the worst implementation of e-sim. For any reason if the e-sim is deleted, there should be an easy way to access one’s generated e-sim without going to store or wasting time with your customer care team. How is this possible in 2021?

store reps who work for the telecom companies in Canada @Rogers @Bell @Videotron stop selling phones to people that were born when lead tinctures and leeches were a medically viable solution to your ailments. if your customer remembers ww2 from the start, no sale. thank you.

@piak08 @DoyleMony @Bell It’s awful, 6 freakin hours on the phone last night with 7 different people, thy wanted me to set up another new account, another credit check, another tech to come out more costs and they are the ones that cancelled dit but don’t know how they canceled it, jokes!!!

@Bell_Support I'm with virgin on Bell fibre line m9v area code services installed Nov 18 today being Dec 20 I've had 9 days if service bell seems to think it's ok to work on lines cut people's services yet we pay for full month services
