@Bell_Support @smaierpt are your ppl that stupid that you didn't foresee this issue? @entwistled

The rural cable people are rolling out fibre! They're offering gig speeds. My in-laws think they were sold a good service by @bell despite the fact that everything about it is terrible. Anyway this is just a moan that @bell are abusive ********. Protect your family from them.

  • ajquann2003 AJ Quann (@ajquann2003) reported

@Bell_Support I ordered Satellite TV, and when I did I only needed one tv with service. However now I need two more receivers (one PVR and one HD box). Is there any way this order can be adjusted to reflect this? Install date is on the 29th of July.

Dear @Bell_Support I have tried so hard. Honestly cell coverage on the 401 and the 400 could not be worse. For years; every.single.trip… multiple drops, extra airtime saying “can you here me?” What gives? We have craft on the moon. It’s easier to keep a customer then to get one

  • camjoseph camjoseph (@camjoseph) reported

@Bell_Support please advise as to when internet service will resume

  • ChrisArnold33 Chris Arnold (@ChrisArnold33) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@Bell_Support my iPhone 12 is consistently dropping from LTE or 5G into 3G in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. I have plenty of data in my plan. My wife who has an iPhone 11 will still be in LTE while I’m in 3G. How can we fix this?

  • William58221390 William Connors ✌🏻🇨🇦 (@William58221390) reported

@Bell_Support I pay $100 per month for internet speed of up to 5mbps. The fastest internet I have attained is 2.3mbps. Take some of the $100 million that was spent on advertising last year to improve service to keep your existing customers.

I never thought, living in #Toronto (#EastYork to be precise), that I’d have to wait 2+ weeks for internet to be installed at my residence. @Bell what’s the deal? Ready to go to the competition even though I loathe their service.

  • GTAheritage GTAHeritage Advocate (@GTAheritage) reported

I see that @Bell calls it @Bell_Support and not bell customer service because they expect their customers to do all the work.

  • voxcpw cpw (@voxcpw) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell_Aliant They can't help. It's not like you're going to suddenly deploy fibre to a rural location in Newfoundland is it? And you're clearly not investing in dsl2 hardware either, so they're stuck with what they have until they switch again..
