    @Bell Well, unless you are forced to change modems multiple times Ina year and Bell won't help you reset the cameras to be on the right wifi. Oh, and there's still a camera that was supposed to be fixed eight months ago and hasn't.

    Hello @Bell You service technician showed up and decided to leave cause we won't wear a mask inside our house. Why should we be in our house? and wasn't even a polite request - it was like making his own rules and calling it his workspace.

    That moment when you call @Bell_Support about your appointment from 12-5 and they say they might pick up the dispatch. I might get my internet installed today. Really? How am I paying for a service, and have a clause that if I might not be here I might be charged a fee.
