Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

After waiting & being let down twice eventually put cable in on 17th but didn’t bring any more equipment. Promised to be out today to complete job for tv and internet. Friday evening tech repair was cancelled by text indicating area outage. It's Sunday. No area outage reported.

I need to speak with a real person or do you not employ those anymore? $183 a month and I can't even get a technician scheduled jeez.
