Bryan (@bacoprah) reported from Charlottetown, Prince Edward IslandI hate @bell but will help increase the $ they donate to #MentalHealthMatters #BellLetsTalk
-
Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported from Stratford, Prince Edward Island@NovaScotiaRasta @bamayhew @Bell @Eastlink @Fidomobile What galls me most is that @bell wouldn't match the offers from their competition. Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.
-
Stephen Pate (@sdpate) reported from Charlottetown, Prince Edward IslandA little bit of hell at home - 4 days after Fiona #pei has poor smart phone service from @bell @telus, virtually no wifi and 75% without lights and heat. Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

-
Owen (@OGSMWT) reported@Bell_Support Hi I have had no cell phone service since last Wednesday. Is there a large outage or is this an issue with my phone.
-
R I C H (@RichFriars) reportedTrying to get @Bell to service my area but they don’t seem to be interested.
-
Denny Brown (@D0wnt0wnBrown) reported@Bell_Support It would be very helpful to have the outage reporting system on the bell app functional and have updated information on the website vs the misinformation of “there is no outage”
-
Shiraz (@HenryEd13) reported@Bell Thank you for the reply. While I understand that operating costs change, increasing rates while automation and AI are simultaneously driving down operational and support costs for your company feels like passing the burden onto customers rather than sharing any efficiency gains. True brand loyalty goes both ways, it means rewarding long-standing clients, not continuously raising their bills. If my rate cannot remain competitive, I will need to explore better-valued options elsewhere.
-
Nikita Mehra (@NikitaM72629789) reported@Bell_Support @Bell disappointing customer service. Travelled in Canada did not even cross border and got message that I am charged for roaming services. No response from bell support. Can anyone help to resolve undue charges ??
-
L (@missesja33) reported@Bell 14 years with you and you still cannot give a good rate (even new customers get better plans) anyways you will be losing a customer. So fed up with the BS offers like how you’re offering me $70 for the same plan that others give for $40.
-
Andy Dennis (@bakayaroh) reported@Travisdhanraj @Bell Port it to Fongo for 25$ and never think of it again
-
Shiraz (@HenryEd13) reported@Bell Bell, can you explain whether this $6 increase is legally permitted under the terms of our service agreements? Many of us signed up based on a specific monthly price. Instead of raising rates, Bell should be rewarding loyal customers. I encourage Bell to reconsider this increase and provide existing customers with the option to keep their current rate.
-
Trevor Cox (@Trevordovsky) reported@Bell here we are again. Your customer support STILL sucks. You still owe me money.
-
Adam (@Robot_tells_me) reported@Bell how do I find my temporary voicemail password. I never made one, I was never told about one, but all of a sudden I need one today for some reason. Where is it? Your app, your site, and your agents all don't know.
