Bell Canada Issues Reports Near Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Charlottetown and nearby locations:

  • LotSixteen Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported from Stratford, Prince Edward Island

@NovaScotiaRasta @bamayhew @Bell @Eastlink @Fidomobile What galls me most is that @bell wouldn't match the offers from their competition. Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

  • sdpate Stephen Pate (@sdpate) reported from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island

A little bit of hell at home - 4 days after Fiona #pei has poor smart phone service from @bell @telus, virtually no wifi and 75% without lights and heat. Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

I hate @bell but will help increase the $ they donate to #MentalHealthMatters #BellLetsTalk

@AceMisterFunk @Bell Died right after the safety car announcement on lap 6. Nice service.

  • CMAsandy Sandy McKeown (@CMAsandy) reported

@Bell_Support is there an outage in North Burlington? We’ve got no service at all

  • TicknerRoger Roger Tickner (@TicknerRoger) reported

@RogersHelps here I go again. Hung up and now on hold again for #ignitemare at @Rogers for another incompetent to pretend they care about fixing constant problems. Please @Bell have high speed internet and cable. I’ll pay more to not deal with Rogers.

  • CullitonHugh Hugh Culliton (@CullitonHugh) reported

@culleton_rose @Bell_Support No, it's just the same prob I had during the pandemic: Throttled service during business hours and 10 min of buffering to load a program. Techs tell me it's because they're too cheap to upgrade the service here within the major growth region of Belleville for the next decade.

  • JimCastle13 Jim Castle (@JimCastle13) reported

@Bell The problem in Canada is we have two main telecoms providing service. So basically we're at their mercy. Hence the high rates.

  • wallrat1063 Connie da Silva (@wallrat1063) reported

@Bell_Support it's appalling that this is how you treat your small business customers.

  • soroush731 Sam Abtahi (@soroush731) reported

@bell i should literally send you bills for the hours i deal with your costumer support for more than 1 hour at a time.

  • CullitonHugh Hugh Culliton (@CullitonHugh) reported

@Bell_Support Last time I asked, you sold me a new modem that didn't make a difference except costing me more $. This isn't a hardware issue, as the times my band-width crashes are the same every day. You are throttling my service deliberately. Sort it out or I'll revert to pigeons and flares.

  • louisemare092 Louise Marentette (@louisemare092) reported

@Bell_Support you need to make your outdoor satellite equipment better quality and able to withstand weather in Canada. The smallest drop of moisture or wind completely screws with the signal and I lose hours/days of not having usage. This isn't fair to long time customers.

  • louisemare092 Louise Marentette (@louisemare092) reported

@Bell_Support I'm dealing with your stupid and dumb tech support on chat since your number wouldn't work. I've never had support not be able to answer a simple question.
