A little bit of hell at home - 4 days after Fiona #pei has poor smart phone service from @bell @telus, virtually no wifi and 75% without lights and heat. Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

@NovaScotiaRasta @bamayhew @Bell @Eastlink @Fidomobile What galls me most is that @bell wouldn't match the offers from their competition. Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

I haven’t had internet at home for over 36 hours now. I spent about two hours with @Bell support last night and went to their store today, no answers. There is definitely an outage in the are, because many neighbours complained, but if you check with them all is perfect (1/2)

@Bell Anyone who complains, y’all don’t understand internet. It’s comes down to how many people are on your internet, your location also if you keep up with your internet (resetting it, resetting the ip address, etc)

@Bell The worst internet I’ve ever had in my life was the 1 month I had Bell. Had the router replaced twice and it was still not working or just barely. Paid for 1GB speed and at most was getting 12MB when it did work. Was awful. Just garbage.

@Bell_Support I called 7 different times, all that to be transfer over and over to different departements that nobody can help me. You need to get your customer service up a noch, this is not acceptable.

@Bell We never had lag until we switched to Fibe. It’s especially annoying when we use the Crave app. The app crashes and the PVR remote is annoying because it’s oddly shaped and gets lost easily. Frequent irritations since changing to Fibe. The price was right, but service meh.

@Bell_Support Okay I’ll try that. I’m at 1:15 and getting absolutely nowhere. I’m about to be put through to a second level of support, but the agent has to explain the situation to that person. If this doesn’t work I’ll DM but I’d rather talk to somebody.

wow @Bell_Support if I haven't been a loyal customer for over a decade and almost two decades before that I'd leave your service. Still waiting for my online cell phone upgrade, order Feb 28th. Eventhough told by 2 of your people a manager would call me, nada....1/2
