@NovaScotiaRasta @bamayhew @Bell @Eastlink @Fidomobile What galls me most is that @bell wouldn't match the offers from their competition. Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

Hi @Bell_Support, you sent an update saying the issues giving rise to the outage have been resolved, & service restored. This is not true. There has been no internet for more than 12 hours, & apparently some people have been experiencing an outage for more than 36. Unacceptable.

I have called Bell today and asked the rep to get me refund of my whole month. He said he will send my request to upper management. 😡

@Bell_Support Not exactly sure what a DM is supposed to fix when I’ve been on call with you guys time and again and all I’ve received are empty promises. Just look for the internet outage in area code L6P, by my estimate there are more than 50 houses which do not have internet past 36 hours.
