Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

She hung up on me! Apparently it takes time 2 cancel DSL when you go 2 wireless! No phone call back & gonna charge me 4 modem?!?! #shameonyoubell

Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

She is telling me to do the same thing over and over and said she can’t send a technician! I’m about to switch to another provider if you can’t solve this problem!!

After 3 modem swaps, tech visit and countless calls to your agents my internet and sll services goes down every few minutes! Im tired and beyond frustrated. Im paying for a service test doesn't work. I have no Internet. Bro wanted me to go to a website, couldn't grasp that being on "the WiFi" would make that impossible, and that my using my phone for Internet means I can't do the modem registration he's asking me to do. I asked him so many times to forward me to another person, which he refused. After begging, he said he could if he charged he $75 , I said fine, then he charged me, gave me a time window tomorrow that someone will be by, and basically said bye. So, no, I didn't actually get to talk to anyone useful today. 0/5 stars.
