Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

She hung up on me! Apparently it takes time 2 cancel DSL when you go 2 wireless! No phone call back & gonna charge me 4 modem?!?! #shameonyoubell

Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

I❤️summer🇨🇦 (@toronto5511) reportedtrying to get an old refund (credit) from @Bell, got discounted twice and about to call back and speak the to the TENTH person. When they want their $ they collect fast, but when there is a credit to be paid back, good luck. Crap.

Calvin Reynolds (@CalJRey) reported@Bell_Support Day 3 of TCM channel 338 on Bell Fibe experiencing audio issues. The audio track is skipping every 3rd or 4th word. Sounds like a stutter step. Called tech support, they say it’s a problem at the source. Would you please check with them re: a solve?
