Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

Agent thatโs helping to fix my modem ends the call and doesnโt call back, they sent a defective modem and want me to pick up a new one! store doesnโt have it available, new one ships in 1 or 2 days, no options to get a tech to come, no internet to workโฆ A joke.

Two or three times a year now, I'll have Bell sales people come to my door trying to convince me to switch back. They're wasting their time, and mine, even if they were to offer me free service. I'm happy where I am.

NS (@kojam2022) reportedNorth York. Internet was down for about 10 mins. Over 2 hours into watching a 3+ hour volleyball game. At a crucial match point. ๐ก What happened? Modem had a red OK indicating fibre issue. Was it scheduled maintenance? It's after 2am. Not happy. @Bell_Support
