@Bell_Support it’s an absolute joke that 36 hours after I switch and install all 3 of my f****** services, I now have zero use to anything! I’ve called 310-bell 5 time to be told that, the earliest they can fix this problem is the following day! #backtorogersigo

But looks like your team does care about loyal customers. They are only stuck with your dated processes which make customer run from one channel to the other with no resolution. Time to switch. @TELUS @Bell do you guys care for customers? Or do you guys follow the @Fidomobile way

@Bell wow I can not believe a mega company like bell has screwed up my office phone line, my office TV and have been without service for more then two weeks now, But bills are all paid! All this from some internal confusion. I keep asking to speak to someone here in Toronto.

@Bell_Support you escalated my very frustrating case, promised me a senior tech, he was unable to resolve the issue and told me he was returning but apparently I have to call to set up another appointment? This is how you escalate? Can someone please take ownership of my issue?

@MasterSachimo @Bell_Support Weird they didn’t reply back to you. Worst internet provider. 90% of bell customer service don’t really wanna help they just want to get off the phone asap. You can tell. They sold our region to Xplornet without telling us. Then a bell employee told me last year.

Last week I cancelled my @Fidomobile service & moved over to @Bell, where I upgraded to the iPhone 13 Pro. When asked today by Fido why I left, I had two reasons: (1) July 8th: the poor communication and almost insulting 5 day credit and (2) the lack of 5G (by Fido).

@Bell_Support we pay for a hub 3000 that's supposed to keep our landline working during an outage, so why isn't it working with the outage in Burlington right now

@Bell_Support my friend who's new to Canada visited the Bell store at Eaton centre to buy a pre-paid connection. After she swiped her card, we were told the system was down so the transaction hadn't gone through. But $50 was deducted.
