@Bell do not go to bell - i did 3 mths ago only trouble phone does not work and the support is zero the tech hung up on me 3 complaints - next i need to sue them for my time frustration and still they refuse to replace their defective phone of 3 mths - sad i have to sue

@Bell_Support any reason my ping that is normally around 10ms is 120ms tonight? It just started recently, and it is very consistent with no jitter, I've reset everything and I do NOT need help troubleshooting. I'm simply curious if Bell does server updates or w.e on sunday night

@Bell_Support upgraded my package, and my 3100 isn’t showing all of the SD channels I subscribed to. Tried to use the online chat but the agent wasn’t helpful and left an order number (BCL7N3QL) which I don’t even know what it is. Please help!
