.@Bell, are you running a stealth Fibe grift? Got an email scheduling unordered wifi service. Phoned @bell_support, who said ignore it. Tech shows up anyway. Service declined. Then a call asking why, pushing Fibe. Decline again. Asked to “reschedule discussion.” Please stop.

@lina_malina94 @Bell_Support Exactly what my account says too 🙄 This is absurd "support" from Bell. Hey everybody, rather than publicly acknowledge downtime and give an ETA for service uptime, you EACH have to DM us your account info privately so we can "look in to it" ... Rogers? Where are you Rogers?

@JamesWa27499214 @Bell_Support Yeah it's unfortunate that they don't even issue any statements, updates and just expect us to keep twiddling or thumbs until it's back. I'm just glad it's back before I started work lmao

@Bell please find a way to fix your customer service process!! I was sent the wrong phone and your customer service team says I have to cancel the service I spent 3 hours signing up for in order to be sent the correct phone - oh but they won’t give me the same pricing on it?
