@hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.

Hi @Bell_Support - If I’d known that you didn’t support Group text Message, I never would’ve left my previous carrier. (My kids don’t have data - a third party messaging app isn’t an option.) #notimpressed

@davevanman @hkimia @Bell It’s stupid. I’ve been with @Bell for over 15 years and they don’t even want to offer me what a new to @Bell client would get.

Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

@Bell not only are you gouging customers with a price increase, you're causing damage to their hearing when they call in about it! Provide your call centres with better equipment or setups. My ears are ringing.

@Bell_Support No **** you. Your customer service sucks and you’ve literally never done anything to improve my experience with your company.

So they consider sending out a technician to fix a copper wire problem a waste of their time. A technician was already on his way, had called to say he's half an hour away, and then @bell cancelled the goddamn service call and told us we'd have to switch to fiberoptics.

No repair dates or even an approximation? Really bad look @bell

@Bell_Support no outage reported for my postal code yet I’ve been without internet since Dec 23. Earliest time a tech will get to me is Jan 5 but don’t worry we’re listed as “priority”. 140$ a month for this is mental.

It is also connected to the Lifeline emergency service. If anything had happened to her today, she'd not have been able to call for help. Now, here is why @bell didn't want to fix her phone line. They're in the process of replacing copper wiring with fiberoptics...

@Bell_Support Makes no sense to DM you. I responded that way at your request several days ago and still have not received a response. I finally found out what the issue was (burned fibre cable, part on order) from a phone call to Bell tech repair. If you can’t fix it then tell just us.

@Bell_Support how can network equipment issues take over 12 hours to repair!!??

@Bell_Support why does the internet keep dropping? Since about 930pm have had it drop 6 times? Never had an issue through the massive storm and now that it's over it's not working?

Then today I received a bill for the Fibe Tv app. For the internet service that is not installed. The lack of information from @Bell is astonishing. If I was an existing customer and my fibre cable was broken, is this the level of service I should expect?
