Bell Canada Issues Reports Near Colwood, British Columbia

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Colwood and nearby locations:

  • KrisMonti kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.

  • brentsmi Brent Smithurst (@brentsmi) reported from Colwood, British Columbia

All I want for Christmas is more than one bar (at best) of cel service in Royal Bay. Get it together, @TELUS /@Bell. I’ll switch to @rogers if they’ll do something about this. 2.5 years of this is ridiculous!

  • troymore Troy More (@troymore) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@Bell_Support 5G in the Gordon Head area of Victoria BC for the past few days is almost unusable. When working, latency is very high and speeds are very slow. Had to drive to a different area just to send this.

  • KrisMonti kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

  • vancouverceo Vancouverceo (@vancouverceo) reported from Victoria, British Columbia

Extremely competent staff: immediately freed my data block and now financing me an iPad Pro at discount from SRP. Bravo @Bell_Support. However we aren’t done with contract scam of slowing the data down when it hits a limit, on an “unlimited” plan

  • adeyinthelife Krysta Dey (@adeyinthelife) reported from Victoria, British Columbia

Hi @Bell_Support - If I’d known that you didn’t support Group text Message, I never would’ve left my previous carrier. (My kids don’t have data - a third party messaging app isn’t an option.) #notimpressed

  • KrisMonti kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@davevanman @hkimia @Bell It’s stupid. I’ve been with @Bell for over 15 years and they don’t even want to offer me what a new to @Bell client would get.

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • iluv2count Kelly MacKinnon (@iluv2count) reported

@pixels_mom @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell We pay Bell $280 a month for a bundle. Home phone, tv and internet. The only other option here in NB for internet is Rogers, and their internet sucks. We work from home and need a strong connection. That doesn't even include cell phones. Robbery, but what can I do?

  • Gjamesm39 James James (@Gjamesm39) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell What is this crap?

  • VNOISEGAMING xVNOISEx (@VNOISEGAMING) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell I had your internet in Petawawa, Ontario in 2016 , & it was horrible ! 10 down 1 up switched to bell and was 100 down 50 up. The extra 10 bucks from bell was worth it. You could actually watch tv without it buffering

  • scullyzander Sheldon (@scullyzander) reported

@Bell just terrible and cruel decision to axe Dan, Natasha, Brent from TSN while pocketing millions from the federal government a.k.a. tax payers. Talent drain on TSN continues. #Bellsucks

  • Sproutasaurus Sprout (@Sproutasaurus) reported

@peterefti @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell That is like the only thing that would make it worse. NA in general has terrible phone/internet rates/speeds.

  • Tesla_Joe Joe From Canada #FSDBetaCanada (@Tesla_Joe) reported

I can't stand @Bell and @Rogers. I'll support @SpaceX instead with starlink. Even at double the price at least I'm helping in a tiny way to send humans to mars.

  • ernielittle ernie little (@ernielittle) reported

@MrGitz @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell As long as they get the same help from government that bell did right? 100 year monopoly so they are strong, amirite?

  • AllanSonac Allan Sonac (@AllanSonac) reported

@Bell_Support The senior tech who arrived here yesterday called me on my cell and I told him about all the issues we've had here since the last 9 months. He said that the squirrels eat through the cover of the cylinder box that contains the cables. When they make a hole, moisture gets in.

  • dubroy27 Andrew (@dubroy27) reported

@cshanny55 @Bell_Support Yeah it’s not on centre ice. Kinda bullshit. I’m not one to complain but I pay out the *** so I never have to experience blackouts

  • MumHen2 (((Angela Ayotte))) (@MumHen2) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell I wish there was something better than @Bell for high speed internet! I will never use them for tv or cell as they are brutal at customer service and a rip off!! Will screw you anyway they can!!!
