    @hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.

    Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

    Gotta love how @bell lives up to its abysmal customer service reputation without fail. I literally clicked on the advertisement to get to the live chat, and 30 seconds later the "Ad expired" and its more expensive now. Not even a customer yet and i'm already getting screwed.

    @Bell_Support I pay $200 for Center Ice and I’m not able to watch Blackhawks/Avalanche game? Do I get a discount now or should I cancel? Been looking forward to this game all week and it’s not on! Put it on please!!!
