All I want for Christmas is more than one bar (at best) of cel service in Royal Bay. Get it together, @TELUS /@Bell. I’ll switch to @rogers if they’ll do something about this. 2.5 years of this is ridiculous!

@davevanman @hkimia @Bell It’s stupid. I’ve been with @Bell for over 15 years and they don’t even want to offer me what a new to @Bell client would get.

@Bell_Support 5G in the Gordon Head area of Victoria BC for the past few days is almost unusable. When working, latency is very high and speeds are very slow. Had to drive to a different area just to send this.

Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

Hi @Bell_Support - If I’d known that you didn’t support Group text Message, I never would’ve left my previous carrier. (My kids don’t have data - a third party messaging app isn’t an option.) #notimpressed

Extremely competent staff: immediately freed my data block and now financing me an iPad Pro at discount from SRP. Bravo @Bell_Support. However we aren’t done with contract scam of slowing the data down when it hits a limit, on an “unlimited” plan

@hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.

@sulemaan @Bell @Bell_LetsTalk Taxpayer money should NEVER go to public corporations because the corporate director's fiduciary duties are to the corporation and the shareholders. Not the public and not the employees.

I would appreciate an explanation regarding the increase in monthly bills. Not only did Bell post short of 800 Million last quarter (albeit down some percent), Bell took over 100 million in wage subsidy from the Canadian government and plans to layoff employees. @Bell_Support

Really funny that companies like @Bell do not have a way (or interest) in beating what the competition offers. Called them, saying I want to move four (4) wireless devices to their network. They cannot give me anything that even matches the competition. CAD 4000 a year lost...
