@hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.

Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

@pebbles705488 @Bell_Support It's a joke. They fish new customers in, and jack up prices after, or atleast try to. Yet, the service across the board is nothing special. Not to mention the horrible offshore customer service and support. I call once a year to Bell, to talk to retention/loyalty retention.
