Bell Canada Issues Reports Near Victoria, British Columbia

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Victoria and nearby locations:

  • troymore Troy More (@troymore) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@Bell_Support 5G in the Gordon Head area of Victoria BC for the past few days is almost unusable. When working, latency is very high and speeds are very slow. Had to drive to a different area just to send this.

  • KrisMonti kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@davevanman @hkimia @Bell It’s stupid. I’ve been with @Bell for over 15 years and they don’t even want to offer me what a new to @Bell client would get.

  • vancouverceo Vancouverceo (@vancouverceo) reported from Victoria, British Columbia

Extremely competent staff: immediately freed my data block and now financing me an iPad Pro at discount from SRP. Bravo @Bell_Support. However we aren’t done with contract scam of slowing the data down when it hits a limit, on an “unlimited” plan

  • KrisMonti kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

  • KrisMonti kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.

  • adeyinthelife Krysta Dey (@adeyinthelife) reported from Victoria, British Columbia

Hi @Bell_Support - If I’d known that you didn’t support Group text Message, I never would’ve left my previous carrier. (My kids don’t have data - a third party messaging app isn’t an option.) #notimpressed

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ShamanaDreams The Techy Tantrika (@ShamanaDreams) reported

@Cristina331203 @Miss_Allison_D @Bell Geez, they should reimburse you!! If you’ve tried and they refused to, you might be able to go to your provincial Ombudsman’s Office with it. They’ve messed up so many things with our services but they always try to blame the customer, even when their responses are nonsensical.

  • norman_beaton Norman beaton (@norman_beaton) reported

@Bell What about if your already a bell fibe customer and your internet LAGS??

  • GrayVieth Gray Vieth (@GrayVieth) reported

@Bell Not in your bloody life, you PoS company. Where did the 120 million to help your workers. Got rot.

  • JohnMullenger nobody likes 🇨🇦 JOHN (@JohnMullenger) reported

@Bell I have the pods and they only make a slight difference. The bell Wi-Fi app shows what gear is working off which pod & it makes no sense at all. I used to be a network engineer.

  • NyimaTibet Canadian (@NyimaTibet) reported

@Bell_Support Just spoke with one of your customer service agent who was rude and very unprofessional. When I disagreed with her explanation on my recent invoice concern & asked her to have it escalated or connect with a manager, she hung up on me. Worst experience ever. 😡

  • RC51_Dean Dean Oliveira (@RC51_Dean) reported

@KnucklesNilan30 This is a bunch of bullshit! These companies that do this are disgusting to fire someone for this. This **** is getting out of hand. @BellMediaPR and Bell Canada should be ashamed of themselves! Anyone with any paid services to @Bell should consider canceling their services…

  • EricaEhm Erica Ehm (@EricaEhm) reported

My wifi has been down for close to 24 hours and won't be fixed until at least tomorrow. Same thing happened last week. Anybody else having wifi issues with Bell in Toronto? cc @Bell_Support

  • Cristina331203 Cristina RN 🇨🇦 (@Cristina331203) reported

@ShamanaDreams @Miss_Allison_D @Bell Agreed! My tech told me that I was paying for a speed for 2 years that wasn’t even possible in my area. I rectified that **** real quick!!! But I was pretty pissed!!!

  • Spiritbeard Spiritbeard (@Spiritbeard) reported

@Bell_Support spent over 3 hours on calls with tech support today, who instead of attempting to fix my issue ran in circles, yelled and blamed 3 cell phones and a smart thermostat. Thanks bell, 0 stars. No resolution but to leave.

  • kfmdawe99 k dawe (@kfmdawe99) reported

@Bell Shouldn’t your wifi be able to cover a small home area already? Just how bad is your internet?
