    Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

    @hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.

    Extremely competent staff: immediately freed my data block and now financing me an iPad Pro at discount from SRP. Bravo @Bell_Support. However we aren’t done with contract scam of slowing the data down when it hits a limit, on an “unlimited” plan

    @MonzerSkeik @Bell_Support Monzer, sorry to hear this is happening to you. Unfortunately I have heard of his same situation happening to many @Bell_Support customers. My suggestion to the fix the situation would be to switch to Rogers

    I used to think @RogersHelps was the worst company until we got @Bell_Support. Our internet wire has now been snapped *TWICE* because Bell's technicians were too lazy to put the wire up higher like we told them. If only Bell could have gotten it right the 1st time 🤔.

    @Bell_MTS @Bell I’ve called to try get this fixed 4-5 times. When I asked for confirmation in writing I am told they don’t do that, which is a scam. Each time I call in I start from scratch cause I have nothing in writing. I’m cutting off my service next month not wasting anymore time on this.

    @Bell_Support she doesn’t have energy to have your folks give her the run around either by design because the agent taking call doesn’t want to remove the charge and/or they don’t know how to do it. either way you need to listen to your customer . thanks

    @Bell_Support thank you but if you DM me you will get my mom’s coordinates to have a proper person correct the issue with her directly - not me .she is on a call yet again with bell with someone else who is saying a heat ticket will be submitted for her issue. she needs action now now never

    Hey @Bell_Support why not start blocking SPAM callers? You know you can do it but you ignore this massive problem. Being called all through the night is disgusting. No, I can't turn my phone off, I have sick relatives & family that I help with. FIX THIS!

    @Bell @bell_support. Curious how many other people signed up for your $200 visa gift card promotion and never received the funds? Then spend 2 years, literally, in a vortex of customer service hell trying to get the damn gift card. Criminal marketing. Thx for the insanity Bell!

    @Bell our installation was set for 8AM-12PM. Our technician didn’t come til 1:30, said he’d come back at 5PM today. Nothing. Anything you can help? This is disheartening to go through considering Bell’s stature as a company.
