    @Bell_Support Currently on the phone with tech support who was trying to transfer me to level two as level one was unable to resolve the issue. No answer at level two. Now on hold waiting for billing as we are not happy with the service we are paying for. Apparently billing dropped the call...

    @JcqMit @Bell_Support I'm in Peterborough with the same problem. Rebooted receiver and now all I have is the blue Bell Fibe screen and the link light is flashing. It's been 3 hours now.

    @Bell_Support Please advise here when U believe service has been fixed & if the modem needs to be re-booted Internet is slow always 'New' email platform for mobile being force fed to clients who work on PC was a pathetic downgrade Email shuts itself down often spontaneously @Bell truly sucks

    @JcqMit @Bell_Support Same issue with Fibe, same town as Jacquie. Pixelation & freezing of screen ongoing. Rebooting did not help. Still going on at 7:40pm.
