@Bell_Support Currently on the phone with tech support who was trying to transfer me to level two as level one was unable to resolve the issue. No answer at level two. Now on hold waiting for billing as we are not happy with the service we are paying for. Apparently billing dropped the call...

@Bell_Support Internet is constantly going up and down at Yonge and Empress area in North York. There was an outage you "fixed" at 5am but internet is still largely unusable
