@Bell_Support Currently on the phone with tech support who was trying to transfer me to level two as level one was unable to resolve the issue. No answer at level two. Now on hold waiting for billing as we are not happy with the service we are paying for. Apparently billing dropped the call...

@Bell if I'm on hold for over 20 minutes before I get to speak to a human, then not only does your custom service need work, you also need more people on staff. #FixIt

Hi @Bell, I ordered WIFI yesterday and the guy who showed up today basically entered the apartment said 'it's installed' then left. He did not actually install anything but apparently my service has been set up. And now instead of wifi, it says homephone on my account. Help?
