    @Bell_Support Currently on the phone with tech support who was trying to transfer me to level two as level one was unable to resolve the issue. No answer at level two. Now on hold waiting for billing as we are not happy with the service we are paying for. Apparently billing dropped the call...

    From me at Arctchelor, we dropped off a bunch of phones to @Bell that help keep their network together. I can't tell what those poqexec files are doing in my computer and yes, it looks like I've figured out seamless shipping from my high speed production end of things.

    Well @Bell_Support. We're sitting at almost 2 weeks with no account info and no access to the digital services/subs I'm paying for. The fact that it takes you half a month to "generate" an account number is very sus. I've submitted a complaint with the @CRTCeng.

    @Bell_Support @RyMcKenna_ Your sales rep sold me nonsense. All promises failed. No TV channels he talked about & charging me exorbitantly high, way high $95. I fell for the 500mbps up/download speed, which is false. What a mess. I want to cancel and I will be cancelling.
