@Bell you need to work on your customer service to not upset your long time clients. It should NOT be this hard to upgrade a phone.

@Bell I just wasted 3 hours on the phone trying to port my old phone number to your service that I signed up for. No one has been able to do it and so I have made the decision to cancel my new service with you and stick to my previous mobility provider.

@Bell_Support @Bell I’ve been waiting for 2 years to have a temporary line made permanent and buried. Lack of WIFI service has been so bad that I actually bought Rogers too. Today, I called the Loyalty Dept to explain the problem. Instead of helping, she hung up on me. Great svc!

If you're wondering why @theJagmeetSingh's stream is cutting out, may I remind you that Canada has long suffered under a terrible, price-fixed telecoms duopoly between @Rogers and @Bell and it's almost certainly one of them that's to blame.

@Wilnerness590 Are your serious?? Wtf @Rogers -- not a good move. I'm guessing the CEO will have to leave after the truth comes out?! This man was the reason I started watching baseball (Leafs fan). Hey @Bell , interested??? 🧐

@Humanitaires @Bell $200 fee for keeping hold of a modem for an extra month, when my monthly bill for service and equipment rental was about $210. 🐎💩! These service providers know their days are numbered, so they're intent on squeezing every last dime out of existing customers.

@Bell I’ve been waiting for 2 years to have a temporary line made permanent and buried. Lack of WIFI service has been so bad that I actually bought Rogers too. So now I have both. Today, I called the Loyalty Dept to explain the problem. Instead of helping, she hung up on me.
