@paddyvbrown @DrKateTO @Bell Hope that person does get fired for that kind of poor customer service.

  • NotOftenShocked Hardly Shocked (@NotOftenShocked) reported

@VeganSteve420 @DrKateTO @Bell Does Telus force all their techs to wear some goofy useless thing on their face at the whim of a customer? What if the customer demanded no clothing at all? Or only pink shirts. Where would it end?

  • 4Bear1313 🇨🇦Proud Canadian🇺🇦 CPA/CGA (@4Bear1313) reported

@Bell_Support @DrKateTO You meant to say... ...and we WILL fix it. Right @bell_support?

  • VeganSteve420 steven (@VeganSteve420) reported

@NotOftenShocked @DrKateTO @Bell Good customer service in most industries is defined as going above and beyond for customers , if a mask is a hindrance to do your job than perhaps that isnt the field for you. But complying with the personal health requests while within a customers home is just proper and polite

@Bell_Support @DrKateTO Hi Bell, This is how you fix this: 1. Apologize 2. Fire the technician for inexcusably bad customer service 3. Complete the work order to customer's satisfaction within 24 hours at no charge 4. Provide a credit on their bill for the next 3 months 5. Apologize again.

In Old Toronto (1987-2023), I was issued my own 416 number which was closed off permanently without my consent. If it is being used by someone else, please do not attribute any of those mixed signal to me at all. @CRTCHearings @Bell @cityoftoronto

  • perfectrose2011 Wendy 🇨🇦 (@perfectrose2011) reported

@DrKateTO @Bell Just called there and the receptionist is going to call the inspectors giving my condo # and address, date of the inspection and that I request a mask is worn. She said it will not be a problem. Now I can be relaxed about that. 😌

  • ryderseashells Honey_Ryderseashells (@ryderseashells) reported

@kingofqueensla1 @ChristineGuent8 @Bell When we had a Telus in home service a couple months ago we were notified that the technician would ascertain if it were safe or not to enter the house first. He arrived in a mask and kept it on the whole time.

  • BiddyInTO T.Biddy (@BiddyInTO) reported

@asifintoronto @FreedomMobile @Bell Don't bundle, if you want to always be in communication. During that (disgraceful) Rogers outage, I still had phone service and internet because my cell was not Rogers. My friends were completely out of luck. Maybe there is a savings bundling, but security is great.

@Bell Can barely get a connection some days on the top floor of our house. Can’t watch a show because of the skipping and can’t get a signal to get on the internet. Having to reset the box at least once a week when the main box is in a not easy accessible place but Bell won’t move it
