    @kwetoday @Bell Try to engage the CCTS. They hammer ALL telco with fines for poor and slow resolution. Used them yrs back for business after 100hrs on the phone and multiple hangups. The file inside of I think 48 hrs ends up in CEOs office for resolution. They are like an Ombudsman for all telco

    @Bell_Support Imagine being a customer of Bell Mobility for years, spending thousands on their products and services, paying into an insurance company like @Asurion , for them to refuse to help you gain access to your phone rendering your phone useless.

    @Bell_Support Their support team has based the blame to the insurance company. When I call @Asurion, they are quick to blame Bell, stating it's Bells fault and to contact them. I've been hung up on, laughed at & told there is nothing they can or will do.

    @kwetoday @Bell I spoke with @bell yesterday on the phone regarding connection issues, and they gave me another phone number to call for assistance and it was the number for Virgin Mobile... LOL

    @Bell_Support Since Apple has their activation lock safeguard, the only course of action to take to fix this is to submit my proof of purchase to validate I purchased the phone. It turns out that Bell never submitted the proper IMEI number from my old phone to my new phone.

    Hey @bell your loyalty team is terrible keeps me on the phone for an hour and tells me they can’t match @rogers offer. After I say I’m going to switch my Internet, home phone and TV she asks me who I have for mobility we can give you a cheaper offer. Are you serious. I’m gone
