    Awesome when you stay home for the weekend so @Bell_Support can come do a service call on Sunday. They never show up and you call and get the “oh the person you previously spoke to messed up.” Not good enough. Get it together. There better be some reimbursement ASAP.

    @Bell_Support I have a large TV so I can watch it, not a phone or Computer screen, that's not an answer, can't access pvr or anything so stop the bullshit and fix the problems!

    @Bell_Support the bell Fibe app doesn’t have a restart function! How is the Fibe tv issue not resolved yet! It’s been 6 hours!

    @Bell_Support On hold for 1:30 the least you can do is answer the calls to let us know!!! Unreal how hat bad service and my account is commercial no tv for my customers and no answering my calls!!! Definitely going to change
