Awesome when you stay home for the weekend so @Bell_Support can come do a service call on Sunday. They never show up and you call and get the “oh the person you previously spoke to messed up.” Not good enough. Get it together. There better be some reimbursement ASAP.

@Bell_Support So I have now been without internet since Jan 1st. 3 full days now. Talk to odynet in London ont for the ticket numbers opened. It is just some copper line Please fix this. I thought @Rogers was bad

@Bell I had fibe Internet and eventually had to get rid of it because it was getting ridiculously slow. In many cases despite paying for 15mbs, it will drop down to 3-5mbs. I reluctantly switched to Rogers cable Internet.

Picked up a cell phone from @bell @Bell_Support for my daughter 2 years ago, her mother continued to make the payments after our separation. She gets a new phone and then began the now impossible task of shutting the account down. I'm seriously looking for another cell company

Bell came back. @Bell stop harassing people by having people go door to door asking if they want your network. Been dealing with this for decades. Go away. How about have your employees bring free gift baskets.

@Bell Provide better customer service without being disrespectful to customers calling. My wife looked to move her services to your company but never received a SIM so you guys decide to cancel the service and not allow us to pick up a SIM at the store or honor the initial plan.

@Bell @Bell_Support Poor quality service from Bell with cancellation fee. I had a total of 10+ devices at my home and Bell internet was not able to support higher internet speed (max 100 Mbps) as they don't have fiber in my building and I had no other choice apart from moving on
