Papasmerf (@papasmerf68) reported@Bell everyone don’t bother calling bells 800 number for any kind of technical help unless you have great service and here in Canada we don’t have that. But if you do be ready to lose some brain cells cause they just don’t understand what we are talking about.

🍁 K3nata8 🇨🇦 🏴 🇫🇷 🍁™ (@K38Tweets) reported@infamousadam13 @Reil76 @Bell When I used to work phone support I learned the trick, most Canadian support lines that handle French support always bring you to a bilingual service in Canada, but English support usually sends you to the Phillipenes where they are trained to sound more Canadian

Lois Roper (@LoisKRoper) reportedIt is shameful that during fire evacuations that the cell service providers cannot provide better service throughout the valley in the safe areas. From Enderby to Cherryville to Okanagan Falls, two bars is not sufficient let family know we are ok. Do better! @Telus @Bell @Rogers
-
Pino Pasqua (@PinoPasqua1) reported@SensCentral @Senators @Bell You should have grilled him on your podcast why did he cave in to Brady so fast and never gotten a solid player in return!? I would have traded him to any team that gives our team full value in return! They took advantage of an amateur GM and pres of hockey ops w no nhl pedigree

dang (@nosoupfoyou) reported@Bell Oh, I called your customer serv. a few times, & the rep said he agreed the cell signal is weak in DT & my 🏠 area (Rossland and Audley in Ajax). He said that engineers are wrking 2 improve the signal, but he doesn’t knw when it will get better. It may take years. @cbcmarketplace

Leslie Ball 🐶 (@LeslieBall29) reported@Bell_Support Twice. We reboot 5 times or so a week to keep things running smoothly (ridiculous). This service is causing us major issues.

Truenorth (@studentforall) reported@Reil76 @Bell This is why we need to eliminate the Cellular/Internet/Cable service monopoly we have in Canada. It only serves to promote poor customer service and high rates. It does nothing to support the Canadian consumer and everything for the corporations.
