I’m in Guelph and online searches say there’s no service disruption. Reboot done twice. Didn’t do anything. Just a black screen and no menu functions. (Still better than Rogers!)

Maybe if your people weren’t penalized for fixing issues that don’t go in your favour you might have fewer people leaving

I left Virgin after countless service disruptions, poor coverage, excessive billing, and just an overall terrible experience. I’m happy with my FIBE TV and Internet through Bell. I pay $100 mth for the service. Never had an issue with them.

Phone and watch took more than 1 month to be delivered. Now, when I went to the store to pick up, the total bill that was supposed to be around $65 was showing around $120. The @Bell representative tried, but could not get the price that they sold me the products in the first place, saying it was a system error and that everything should go back to normal after finalizing the deal, but everything still the same and my billing still wrong. @Bell how you gonna solve this? I will only pay what I agreed to pay in the first place.
