@sherrick399 @CanadRaf @Bell_Support I rebooted because the recordings weren't playing- two times for the receiver and the modem - now it's all down but the web. Their tv is available online though .. only problem is for older relatives in the house who don't use internet .. they gotta go back to the Marconi..

@Bell_Support that was about an hour late. and the support line was telling us to call back when I called an hour earlier. Terrible customer service. @bell
