I just want 4 working Wi-Fi pods. It’s all I’ve wanted since mid-December. 6 calls, 2 failed shipping attempts & now @Bell_Support is fixing the situation by billing me for 2 new pods to fix their problem 🤬🤯.

@Bell_Support My Order number is BC5G73TH, I've been waiting for the Internet installation for the last 31 days. #Bell certainly is not the fastest internet service provider in Canada.

Who should be held accountable for no business internet service during a pandemic. @Bell I'm supposed to be in lockdown, but have to drive out of my community to have functioning internet. Port Loring has been suffering for over 3 years. @fordnation #internet #portloring

@Bell_Support I will DM you but I do expect to speak with someone who actually can resolve the issues, and not be told that no management can speak. Thank you.

@MbSprite @Bell_Support Are you serious? WOW! We pay so much for a service that is so unreliable 24hrs and now 7-10 days later is damn ridiculous!

This pandemic 😷 is soo stressful and not having viable internet is a liability to my work, my partner’s work & my children’s educational future. I’m never late on a payment. And I pay for 4 working pod but that’s not good enough for @Bell_Support

@DannieD2112 @Bell They do it on purpose. Those boxes are basically purposely slowed down by Bell. It's all a ruse to get you to call in complain and they pressure you to buy or upgrade to a new plan that often leads to more $ for them in the long run.

@TELUSsupport Telus just installed modem to start internet & cell service. Was told old service at @shawinfo was not stopped & they'd charge $210 to cancel. @Bell.ca also said they'd not stopped service, but unlike Shaw, Bell honored our agreement not to charge me cancelation.

@Bell_Support Unhappy with the way bell handles issues. Customer service is pathetic. It’s so difficult to figure out a new connection with Bell
