Hey @bell How about unlimited internet again for the #lockdown ? Not looking forward to a 200$ internet bill because im spending more time at home for the month. 4$ for 1G over charge is ridiculous and expensive. Help us out!!! Thanks

@Bell has TERRIBLE customer service. They are painful to talk to over the phone. It takes hours to get answers about simple tasks, and most of the time they don’t even complete the task!…which you find out about the next time you have to call. The company should be shutdown!

@Bell Bell max 50 in my neighbourhood in burlington ontario. Cogeco is gigabit down 30 up. Guess who im using.

@Bell_Support The bell wires run @ the back of the backyards at M9C 4M4, behind 1 home, the wires are being pulled/weighed down by invasive vines & with the storm the past 2 days, I'm afraid these lines will come down one day & we will all be out of Bell services.

@Bell_Support Every time I asked for help via DM you sent someone to call me and I spent 30 at least with everyone. Then they said turn off the device and it works but it didn't. Last call which was last month the agent told me she will send a new SIM card and it has been 40 days and I didn't

@Bell extremely disappointing service. Makes you pay what you dont use. Switching to rogers soon🙌🏼last billing cycle🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 congrats on loosing 2 loyal customers. Bell has degraded its model over the years
