Lincoln Ho | Yegventures π»π¦π¨π¦ππ° (@yegventures) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@JohnZmhr @plbg_s @Bell @TELUS It's strangely an 'essential service' that has been rationed out by providers and streaming services it seems. Imagine if gas was only working 80% of the time or electricity was 60% power.
-
Devin (@dwh17) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@Bell EXCUSE ME. Respond to my DMs and settle my grievance regarding my horrendous experience with all levels of your customer service platform yesterday.
-
Lincoln Ho | Yegventures π»π¦π¨π¦ππ° (@yegventures) reported from Edmonton, AlbertaIf traditional TV-service telecom companies (like @telus, @Shawhelp, @Rogers, @Bell) want to keep their current subscriber base from mass increase in @Netflix subscriptions, they'll need to not only allow data overages, but open their VOD to free rentals. #telco #canada #big3
-
trevor boller (@TrevorBoller) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@Bell I was going to get the 11 it was reserved for me. Customer service set me up online. When I get to the store they change the plans and says I couldnβt get the original one they agreed-upon. #switchandbait
-
Lincoln Ho | Yegventures π»π¦π¨π¦ππ° (@yegventures) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@JohnZmhr @plbg_s @Bell @TELUS They can also make VODs free. It's not like people aren't paying for service. I pay nearly $200 for landline, internet, and TV (basic + Cantonese). It's probably why so many are switching to Netflix.
-
KeeperOfSheep (@KeeperOfSheep) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@YouTubeTV it's time to step up and #savecanada. @Bell @TELUS @RiverTVNow are not providing a viable service to Canadians
-
π¦π¨π¦ Bollywood Roop π¨π¦ π¦ (@Roopanova) reported from Edmonton, AlbertaUpdate on my experience with @Bell @Rogers @TELUS Bell - Continue to walk around there nonsense. Terrible service. Telus - Options and we can work together. Rogers - Let's set up a call and see if we can work together. Probably the most proactive out of three.
-

Miss Peepers (@miss_peepers) reported@Bell_Support And now I'm being told by the customer service agent that I was "misled" by the former 2 agents about the bundle credit. The first agent told me to call back if credit wasn't applied; the second agent told me he re-applied the credit. Looks like it's time 2 find a new provider π€π»
-
Ash π (@ash__lights) reported@Bell_Support when will internet access be restored for the Gatineau area in Quebec, Canada? website says theyve been trying to diagnose the problem for 5 hours but no other updates are being provided. your website needs to be more transparent, 5 hours with no updates is too long
-
Renata (@Renatamx2) reported@Bell what a joke my service for 3 lines have been out 4 days and thereβs no one helping or no solution in sight @rogers never let this happen and where is the customer service cuz no one has any respect at your company
-
The Mental Approach Podcast (@toddamus) reportedPeople in Canada talk quite a bit of sh@t about @rogers wireless, much of it warranted as the customer service has become horrendous. I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. Iβm likely to switch back shortly.
-
Stressy Ressy π (@RessyM) reportedI thought that the @CRTCeng was fixing wholesale rates? I'm still being offered 1 gig fiber service (non bundle) from @Bell for under $60 per the latest flyer I received. They wouldn't offer that for over a year if they were losing money on it the entire time.
-
Brannagh x (@BrannaghX) reportedin the end the neighbour cut it down for me... @Bell litters everywhere and doesn't care
-
goli (@halehvalaleh) reported@Bell_Support Funny, I spoke with your customer service department yesterday and they insisted there was no outage and that your website was showing the incorrect information.

Route 17 To SkyCountry (@Mars_Robot) reported@WWELadyRefJess @Bell @CBCHamilton I say get the IPTV insiders with darknet out of #WNBA TV deals or unless getting froggy, unfortunately, many will not be able to support that club because of their connection to television pensions.

Nuno Aguiar π³οΈβππ¨π¦π΅πΉπ¦π΄ (@NunoMAguiar) reportedLanded in #Portugal and grabbed a Vodafone SIM card with 60gb of data, unlimited calls and even some international call minutes for $25 Euros. Meanwhile plans from many of Canadaβs telecom providers would be well over $75 dollars for the same service. @Rogers @Bell
