Then she ran into software &Email problems with her phone. After NO help from @Bell @Outlook or @MicrosoftHelps she went to the #Bell store at #shpkMall Billy and Aaron happily helped(2 issues) great reps

He asked for my number & he would call me. No call. I was also without my internet and tv from Thursday afternoon to today at noon. WOW, did I miss it.

Then spent 6+ hours with agents. 1 problem wasn't solved & turns out your receiver is faulty. We've been paying for a service that doesn't work. For all this they gave me $20. Truly insane!

Adarsh (@whois_adarsh) reported@Bell customer service is unbelievably bad. I have an auto credit applied to my account that keeps getting randomly deactivated every month, and I have to call again and again to get it fixed. Multiple calls, hours wasted, still no permanent resolution. Do better
