    @Bell_Support @Bell my credit score is not an issue, according to Equifax it is 'excellent'. Bell could not get out of their own way to keep their word and I gave them three chances to make good on it. 2/2

    Please do not use @Bell @Bell_Support for your telcom. needs. I was offered a contract, directed to a store where I was told my order was not processable. Then I was told I owed $450 upfront for the $0 marketed phone. I've never received such inept service in all of my life. 1/2

    @JohnZmhr @plbg_s @Bell @TELUS It's strangely an 'essential service' that has been rationed out by providers and streaming services it seems. Imagine if gas was only working 80% of the time or electricity was 60% power.

    @JohnZmhr @plbg_s @Bell @TELUS They can also make VODs free. It's not like people aren't paying for service. I pay nearly $200 for landline, internet, and TV (basic + Cantonese). It's probably why so many are switching to Netflix.

    If traditional TV-service telecom companies (like @telus, @Shawhelp, @Rogers, @Bell) want to keep their current subscriber base from mass increase in @Netflix subscriptions, they'll need to not only allow data overages, but open their VOD to free rentals. #telco #canada #big3

    Mrs.Brown had her new IPhone stolen in 🇨🇵 Asurian made replace difficult. Then she ran into software &Email problems with her phone. After NO help from @Bell @Outlook or @MicrosoftHelps she went to the #Bell store at #shpkMall Billy and Aaron happily helped(2 issues) great reps

    @Bell I was going to get the 11 it was reserved for me. Customer service set me up online. When I get to the store they change the plans and says I couldn’t get the original one they agreed-upon. #switchandbait

    @Bell_Support Bell media owns the channel and the programming sucks just repeating the same shows all the time, every day the same shows. Reruns are good but no multiple of the same show back to back there’s tones of great things to air cause you’ve done it in the pass

    @RuckingHook_2 @Bell I was at telus for 20, since they were clearnet but then shit went downhill. Virgin is technically bell & had the best plan for me but holy shit, I’ve never experienced this type of service, ever.

    I just had the WORST customer experience EVER with @Bell . I hope they’d follow through with that supervisor call on Monday, since apparently, their customer service employees aren’t actually doing their jobs properly and now they have completely F-ed up our account. 😤

    @Bell have been a loyal customer since I got my very first cellphone [2008]. Just because I have the $60 plan now, I’m no longer eligible for any loyalty promos or discounts. This is laughable. Might have to reconsider where I put my loyalty too.

    @Bell_Support this is so frustrating, my router needs to be re-booted at least once a day, the pods don't work and new ones you keep sending are doing the same thing. Hours on the phone with tech support. And after an hour on the phone just now the connection dropped !!!!!!!!!!!

    @Bell_Support - tech support said there’s an outage in our area (Westdale #HamOnt). Do you have an ETA on when service will be back on? Folks in our house are trying to teach @McMasterU courses, and do work with companies in Canada and US etc. Others will be in the same position.

    @Retro_cubicon @N_Chapeskie @Bell I wish that were true, but it's not even close. I have Rogers Gigabit internet and pay $64.xx after taxes. Never had to pay an install fee and every year, I get a discount. Do you work for Bell?
