Then she ran into software &Email problems with her phone. And in US my service was faster than when I was with Bell

Iโm betting he put in the other line ABOVE this one in as needing to be fixed as he was adamant that this low hanging one was not a bell line. If itโs not down as approx 6ft itโs incorrect.
