    @Bell_Support was just on the phone with support... they mentioned there is an outage currently (Fibre Optic Internet) and you are working on resolving it by noon. Can you please confirm? (Corktown/Distillery/King East area)

    Switched to @RogersHelps Ignite from @Bell last week. What a mistake! Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

    @Bell_Support @Arash91047380 What does resetting the equipment do when there’s an outage in the area that’s caused by Bell? If we know it’s not the equipment, what’s the point of this advice?

    @Bell_Support @Justin_B_Manuel Yes there is an outage in Toronto but Bell have no details and no timeframe for fixing it. Which is ... less than ideal.
