After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, I’m now being told it’s only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I genuinely don’t understand how a simple cancellation can be this difficult. Signing up took 5 minutes; cancelling has taken 24 hours and still isn’t resolved. Phone would be on with full bars but i’d get a text notification for missed calls or vm because people couldn’t reach me. My husband too…
