Would be really cool if @Bell_Support could fix their wifi in Fredericton/Oromocto/Burton area. Haven’t had a good connection for four days now, and now it’s not even working at all. Paying a lot for something we don’t even get.

@Eastlink wtf is going on?! I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes to speak with someone. In that time I’ve dealt with @Bell on three different issues. Kinda sad. I’m also paying more than Bell charges. I guess it’s for the added benefit of terrible customer service? Thanks, as always!

I been struggling w #depression last few days & not being able to clean my house & sad I spent a decade being sick, recovering from abuse @bell that have chosen to continue to fight a sick woman struggling w basics of life. **** you Bibic weak CEO @Bell for continuing this abuse

Hey @Bell "customer self service" is NOT the same as "customer service". See, the part where I do it myself without your help means this isn't customer service. This is letting subscribers fend for themselves and then taking credit.
