@LaceyC3P0 @Bell Yea my tv internet and phone bill was over 300 a month and now it’s 150 with Tax exempt as well with @Bell. @Eastlink in Sydney had horrible connections.

On the phone with @bell wasn’t happy with my internet, So being old fashion I said I need a human to come to my house and fix it and not a magic wand, They gave me another wifi network over the phone, so basically they used their Wand over the phone and now works !👴🏽ThankUBell👴🏽

@Bell_Support Your service suggestions will all involve me disconnecting my receiver and rebooting my system; all "solutions" that will only increase the amount of time I am not watching a service that should just work. I don't have to rebuild my engine every morning before I drive my car.

Are you guys serious about moving service requested? @Bell_Support #fraud is happening in name of customer service. Your agents do not help at all and cut the phone. #scammer service with @Bell #never recommended

@Bell_Support quick and pleasant customer service but maybe have resources to say there is an outage rather than sending an unvaccinated guy to a mall to replace a modem which wasn’t broken? Better communication in and outside company would be great

@Bell you have a very bad service. You don’t train your staff well and you just don’t care about the customers who are already with bell. Because of your agent mistake about more than year ago, my credit has gone bad and got tortured by collection department which I am not aware

@Bell_Support what is going on in South Walkerville#Windsor. My TV feed is blowing up cutting out…crazy. I pay waaay too much for this poor quality feed.
