@LaceyC3P0 @Bell Yea my tv internet and phone bill was over 300 a month and now it’s 150 with Tax exempt as well with @Bell. @Eastlink in Sydney had horrible connections.

On the phone with @bell wasn’t happy with my internet, So being old fashion I said I need a human to come to my house and fix it and not a magic wand, They gave me another wifi network over the phone, so basically they used their Wand over the phone and now works !👴🏽ThankUBell👴🏽

Is anyone @RogersHelps escalating the issue? Even your own technicians have acknowledge it’s a large and disruptive problem. No resolution or improvement today… I’m definitely moving my service to @Bell Really unacceptable. 2/2
