@Bell executives, my internet service is down for last 50 days. Keep charging me for the service. I called cust.srv. few times, they are not helping. I contacted to executive office, they are not helping. What else can I do? Please don't closed tickets if it's not resolve yet.

@Bell_Support If MTS prepaid is shutting down on October 1st, why is everything disabled now? There are text messages I can't access because I have no data in my account and your "customer service" people can't do anything and can't even answer questions about it properly.

Congratulations @Bell... you're no longer the worst provider. @Rogers seems to be able to do this with ease. #scammers

Am I the only person who thinks @Bell_Support is a bit off? The message "Phone for support if your phone isn't working" is just a bit daft isn't it? Is there perhaps a better manner to serve your customers who can't use the phone? Shall I call on a Rogers line instead?

@8ateTech @TorontoDefiant @Bell That isn't the point, they are Offering and taking the money for a package, that cannot be realized by the customer, because they don't give the customer the Hub 4000, to get it. Would you pay 150K for a Porsche, that had a Omni engine in it?

@Bell there, everything should be working, this network has a tendency to pressure me into good connections to do repairs that aren't needed. Try to prevent that please.
