  • WineTrent
Wine Journeys (@WineTrent) reported from Barrie, Ontario

3 calls and over 4 hours with @Bell today over ongoing email lockouts. Issue not resolved even though after each call we were told it was fixed. Finally told they would issue a ticket for investigation and call us back after a frustrating 3rd call. Abysmal customer service!

  • amaione
amaione (@amaione) reported from East Gwillimbury, Ontario

@fomaione @Bell Understand there must be a lot more strain on the network these days, but if it’s ongoing that’s ridiculous. Do better @Bell !

Steve K (@stevek328) reported from East Gwillimbury, Ontario

Surprise surprise @Bell_Support internet is down again. And yes, I’ve tried to DM you, with no response.

@Bell_Support Hi thanks for the response. I have wifi and TV now but I have those wifi repeater pods and they are flashing and not getting any signal. I'll try to reboot the modem.

@Bell_Support internet and Fibe down again... 8th time in 3 days. Good thing my Rogers cell phone is working.

  • TheToddMurray
ᴛᴏᴅᴅ ᴍᴜʀʀᴀʏ (@TheToddMurray) reported from Essa, Ontario

What is so wrong with wanting a perfect strong Wi-Fi signal throughout my entire house. It’s almost 2021 this shouldn’t be an issue that a home wifi has dead zones. @Bell_Support Home pods are a waste, tried both versions. Need options.... mesh home, hard wire eithernet

  • Brianalaurie1
Brianalaurie (@Brianalaurie1) reported from East Gwillimbury, Ontario

@Bell your company had the audacity to hang up on me. I’ve done nothing but be a loyal customer. Unbelievable.

  • DaveChalut
Dave Chalut (@DaveChalut) reported from Barrie, Ontario

@Bell_Support 3 different home hubs…. New house…. New Netgear Orbi network… STILL loose speed periodically around 9pm- 11pm. This is CLEARLY a Bell problem in the area. I better start switch my email contacts over so I can switch ISPs. Enough is Enough.

  • DiamondJimLowe
Diamond Jim Lowe (@DiamondJimLowe) reported from Barrie, Ontario

And my ******* @Bell goes down. FML.

  • spmorrison
Shawn Morrison (@spmorrison) reported from Barrie, Ontario

Watching @bell replay the same stupid bell and CTV ads over and over again for the Super Bowl warms my heart. Would love to find out how much money they are losing on this game. Good thing you got the crtc to ban US ads!

  • isaac_isiko
    ISIKO ISAAC (@isaac_isiko) reported

@Highteaspeaks @Bell Man, it’s honestly so annoying. Last month I was expecting a bill of like $90, then boom — they send me $260, with over $80 just labeled as “others”. I’ve never left Canada, never made international calls, nothing. When I called, it was just automated nonsense.

  • o0CyberFreak0o
    CyFr 🇨🇦💙💛 (@o0CyberFreak0o) reported

@ModernAgri_Tips @Bell @Rogers As much as setting up cancelations early is peace of mind that you've taken care of incidentals. The truth of the matter is you almost never want to call in order to cancel until the new services are ready.

  • matdrewin
    Mat Drouin (@matdrewin) reported

@TELUS @Bell Why is the cell reception so bad in MTL? Very often at 1 bar. I get dead spots all the time.

  • ade_chameleon12
    Prince Ade-Chameleon (@ade_chameleon12) reported

@EyitayoFajinmi @Highteaspeaks @Bell Yes, just call the customer service and tell them that you wanna switch to BYOG Max plan (Bring Your Own Device).

  • carlast_sensfan
    Carla_SensFan92 (@carlast_sensfan) reported

@Bell My mom had a landline forever. We insisted she keep it for safety. When the tornado ripped through her neighbourhood and she lost power for multiple days, we could always reach her by phone. She had to switch to VOIP- no choice. Now, half the time her line doesn't work.

  • Lexikonin
    Demeter (@Lexikonin) reported

Called @Bell to upgrade my Mobility plan from the $35 plan to the $85 Ultra Plan. I was told as a loyal customer I would have to pay $105. The advertised $85 rate is only available to new customers. How does this make any sense?

  • BlackHoleNorth
    Brendan Fyke (@BlackHoleNorth) reported

@Bell What is going on with your customer service? We just signed up for Bell again. Now either when calling or trying to live chat with someone for support, its a 40 min wait. How about hiring some more staff. Ridiculous.

  • danharriscan
    Dan Harris (@danharriscan) reported

@CoryJudson It IS absolutely about the principle. Plus they know that most people either don't notice or give up. So don't! We had a problem with @Bell back in 2017 where they misbilled us every month we were with them. Then we sent the equipment back. Canada Post said to keep the receipt.
