    3 calls and over 4 hours with @Bell today over ongoing email lockouts. Issue not resolved even though after each call we were told it was fixed. Finally told they would issue a ticket for investigation and call us back after a frustrating 3rd call. Abysmal customer service!

    @Bell_Support 3 different home hubs…. New house…. New Netgear Orbi network… STILL loose speed periodically around 9pm- 11pm. This is CLEARLY a Bell problem in the area. I better start switch my email contacts over so I can switch ISPs. Enough is Enough.

    @Bell_Support Hey, I’ll be been a bell customer so long I have a sympatico email lol. Spent 30 mins on the phone for a loyalty supervisor to hang up on me. I’ve already DM’d you…. Please respond. Or maybe @RogersHelps can let me know the promo for 4 cell phones ++

    @Bell_Support Hi thanks for the response. I have wifi and TV now but I have those wifi repeater pods and they are flashing and not getting any signal. I'll try to reboot the modem.

    Watching @bell replay the same stupid bell and CTV ads over and over again for the Super Bowl warms my heart. Would love to find out how much money they are losing on this game. Good thing you got the crtc to ban US ads!

    What is so wrong with wanting a perfect strong Wi-Fi signal throughout my entire house. It’s almost 2021 this shouldn’t be an issue that a home wifi has dead zones. @Bell_Support Home pods are a waste, tried both versions. Need options.... mesh home, hard wire eithernet

    @Bell This is why I left Bell and will never return . Their internet is so bad it can't even reach your entire house and then you need to pay extra money because their product is crap?

    @Bell_Support I would prefer you simply fixed the issue. Today was a 4th day I took off work for installation. Waited my 4 hrs time slot to be told appt has been rescheduled to tomorrow which I can’t take another day off work. Back to Rogers I guess.

    @Bell_Support second time the past 3 weeks we have no internet because...Bell doesn't even know why?? We can't get a technician until Friday or Monday. Meaning I can't work until then. This is such garbage I'm sorry guys, no streams until then. Entire weeks schedule, chalked
