What is so wrong with wanting a perfect strong Wi-Fi signal throughout my entire house. It’s almost 2021 this shouldn’t be an issue that a home wifi has dead zones. @Bell_Support Home pods are a waste, tried both versions. Need options.... mesh home, hard wire eithernet

Watching @bell replay the same stupid bell and CTV ads over and over again for the Super Bowl warms my heart. Would love to find out how much money they are losing on this game. Good thing you got the crtc to ban US ads!

@Bell_Support 3 different home hubs…. New house…. New Netgear Orbi network… STILL loose speed periodically around 9pm- 11pm. This is CLEARLY a Bell problem in the area. I better start switch my email contacts over so I can switch ISPs. Enough is Enough.

@minniedingle @Bell @CRTCeng Almost did the same by accident. The problem is lack of options; people eat at the pub in creemore because their is no 2nd pub. 😔

Having that ponderous incredibly slow internet again from #creemore a mile from town might as well be 20. @bell @Bell_LetsTalk I would like to talk about getting some decent speed here! @thecreemoreecho

@Bell_Support I know about that but you will just have to suck it up. I have complained a number of times. 5mpbs a mile from Creemore is poor. Your answer “sorry we can do no better” well I think you can...

3 calls and over 4 hours with @Bell today over ongoing email lockouts. Issue not resolved even though after each call we were told it was fixed. Finally told they would issue a ticket for investigation and call us back after a frustrating 3rd call. Abysmal customer service!

@Bell_Support Our Neighbours had Rogers over to their place the other day, since then our Bell TV and internet have been terrible. Not sure what is going on, but our service is quite horrible.

@TELUSsupport Telus just installed modem to start internet & cell service. Was told old service at @shawinfo was not stopped & they'd charge $210 to cancel. @Bell.ca also said they'd not stopped service, but unlike Shaw, Bell honored our agreement not to charge me cancelation.

@adamschoales @Bell Depends. What does a service call cost? CAT5 cable might be more economical, but does signal degrade?

@DannieD2112 @Bell They do it on purpose. Those boxes are basically purposely slowed down by Bell. It's all a ruse to get you to call in complain and they pressure you to buy or upgrade to a new plan that often leads to more $ for them in the long run.

I just want 4 working Wi-Fi pods. It’s all I’ve wanted since mid-December. 6 calls, 2 failed shipping attempts & now @Bell_Support is fixing the situation by billing me for 2 new pods to fix their problem 🤬🤯.
