Cause: single vehicle accident Middle Rd @ Grousewood took out pole/lines. We filed a ticket with Primus but Bell owns the lines. Need fix ASAP. I work from home

At least tell us if it takes a week we won't judge just don't tell us it will be back by 10pm everyday and yes I've talked to support many times with the same scripted responses. Do better.

However, I insisted that this outage is not my mistake, so please indicate that this is urgent.. a technician came at 7 pm today.
