@Bell_Support Grousewood Lane, Kingston Ontario, several homes with no phone / DSL service since Christmas Eve. Cause: single vehicle accident Middle Rd @ Grousewood took out pole/lines. We filed a ticket with Primus but Bell owns the lines. Need fix ASAP. I work from home

@Bell Thank you for neglecting my parents and the service they pay for. Thank you for sending us a faulty modem that freezes everytime we add a wifi device or just freezes because it feels like it. We pay for your highest available plan and we dealt with this since the 1st months

@Bell Hey Alexa, how is it possible that a company as garbage as bell, somehow manages to get even worse year after year? Departments can’t communicate with each other you say? Third party technicians and overseas support? Sales people lying with no penalty? Crumbling infrastructure?

@Bell Worked great for almost 2 years then connection kept dropping several times a day. After a month of troubleshooting and techs coming out and the problem not solved, I switched to another ISP.

@Bell_Support If you really cared about customer satisfaction, you could throw in a no additional cost smartphone for my mom. We've been loyal customers since 2004 yet not once a rep bothered with the type of phones we might be using. Yet you pride on customer satisfaction.
