    @Bell_Support Grousewood Lane, Kingston Ontario, several homes with no phone / DSL service since Christmas Eve. Cause: single vehicle accident Middle Rd @ Grousewood took out pole/lines. We filed a ticket with Primus but Bell owns the lines. Need fix ASAP. I work from home

    @Bell_Support is there an outage in Toronto M6K I’m just trying to play League and vibe on discord but can’t… ping jumps to 100+ from 30… and Internet just cuts out randomly… yes I’ve restarted my router all the lights are blue (good) and no red lights :/

    @Bell_Support is there any outage in Toronto M6R area? I have no internet, I cant do my job without it. All Tech support asked me to do was to make sure my cables were plugged in and told me to power cycle for 30 minutes. i cant wait xxx days for a replacement modem...
