@Bell_Support Grousewood Lane, Kingston Ontario, several homes with no phone / DSL service since Christmas Eve. Cause: single vehicle accident Middle Rd @ Grousewood took out pole/lines. We filed a ticket with Primus but Bell owns the lines. Need fix ASAP. I work from home

Hey, @Bell_Support: I was on hold for 54 minutes, then hung up on. A second 30 min call made a repair appointment for today 9-5, and I just got a text saying the work is done when no one came. If you’re wondering why people don’t like your company, this is why. You’re awful. 👎

Hey @Bell, why can’t I watch all of my paid for channels on the Fibe TV app. I keep getting the message to watch it on my receiver but the whole point of using the app is so I don’t have to use the receiver when I’m not home. This is stupid. @Bell_Support #FibeTV

I still can't get over how amazing my internet has been since switching to @SpaceXStarlink , how is it that @Bell just couldn't get its act together and provide better service for Canadians?!? I'll never go back to @Bell
