    Trying to help my sister get internet for her house but @Bell_Support is requiring she apply for a third party credit check despite her being a loyal bell customer for years. Why does she have to get a credit check for internet when she's already been paying you for years?

  • ChrisMcIntyre78 Chris McIntyre (@ChrisMcIntyre78) reported

    @Bell With the service ive gotten the last 2 weeks ill go back to dial up before your even a thought

  • MacDonaldRK3 Robert MacDonald (@MacDonaldRK3) reported

    @Bell Not to mention Bell will sucker customers in via their 1.5 GB service saying how wonderful it is for Wi-Fi, but Customers will NEVER see 1.5 GB on Wi-Fi, and they definitely won't have a big advantage using the Hub 3000... 1/2

  • DebLaceKelly Deb Lace-Kelly (@DebLaceKelly) reported

    Few yrs ago @Bell technician told me when replacing modem that to upgrade, the front lawn would be ripped up & new wires hung to the street. I declined so he confided that in a few years Bell would purposefully interrupt my Internet to get me to upgrade. That’s happening now

  • sharon_ethier Sharon Ethier (she/her) (@sharon_ethier) reported

    @PamToque8 @Bell That is AWFUL.

  • Dropout_Janitor Horny for Police ABOLITION (@Dropout_Janitor) reported

    @Bell_Support @AustinOcn4 Damn bruh, that's just cold.

  • PamToque8 Pam S (@PamToque8) reported

    If he doesn’t answer the calls it goes to his voicemail and they fill his mailbox. He agreed to pay the $ bc he needs this to stop. @Bell I can’t believe your company won’t help.

  • MacDonaldRK3 Robert MacDonald (@MacDonaldRK3) reported

    @Bell .... that is old Wi-Fi service as if it was their Hub 4000 that is Wi-Fi 6 and also has the better Ethernet port to ACTUALLY take advantage and USE 1.5 GB. They certainly can't with the Hub 3000 as those ports are CAPPED at 1GB 2/2 All together Class, RIP-OFF !!!

  • alanc8686 alan chen (@alanc8686) reported

    @RogersHelps @Mcatlady54 @Bell Annoying as hell you can charge people an arm and a leg for internet that doesn't work.
