    @Bell_Support Grousewood Lane, Kingston Ontario, several homes with no phone / DSL service since Christmas Eve. Cause: single vehicle accident Middle Rd @ Grousewood took out pole/lines. We filed a ticket with Primus but Bell owns the lines. Need fix ASAP. I work from home

    @Bell_Support Thanks I have been on hold for nearly an hour for the second time today. As I stated earlier I called 310-Bell and was told I was routed to the East coast & they couldn't help in Quebec. They gave me the Quebec number which was actually the New Brunswick number. Ridiculous

    Waiting on the phone for up to an hour to talk to @Bell_Support @Bell to fix my garbage home hub modem knocked out by the storm last night. Completely useless customer support as usual

    @Bell_Support Really? The channel has no programming scheduled. Rather than 1000 people calling, how about you let TV know they have a problem and report back here?
