    @Bell_Support Grousewood Lane, Kingston Ontario, several homes with no phone / DSL service since Christmas Eve. Cause: single vehicle accident Middle Rd @ Grousewood took out pole/lines. We filed a ticket with Primus but Bell owns the lines. Need fix ASAP. I work from home

    @cathrano @Bell_Support Bayridge too. New modem at 2:00. Four restarts later and it looks like it's down for the count now.

    @Bell please review your sales channels... your business merchant couldn't load his sales window while presenting a simple sales offering.... Ur systems are likely compromised, behaviour analysis... malware moves. Pin it down, & get after it. "System tools disabled"

    @TorontoUltra @Bell I complained bitterly, for years, Bell was throttling my bandwidth, no they said it was not bandwidth it was a speed problem. Things would improve for a week or 2 then back to normal. Now they say they have the best bandwidth in the business, it’s just smoke and mirrors.

    @Bell_Support you guys are just terrible. I’m looking to open a new account and after two hours in a bell store and 55 minutes on the phone with 5 different people I’m still not done. They keep transferring me to the wrong department. I’m going to @rogers much better company!
