@Bell_Support Grousewood Lane, Kingston Ontario, several homes with no phone / DSL service since Christmas Eve. Cause: single vehicle accident Middle Rd @ Grousewood took out pole/lines. We filed a ticket with Primus but Bell owns the lines. Need fix ASAP. I work from home

@ryangerritsen @Bell Cancelled them recently. Roger’s came to the door and threw down some offers. I moved the internet plus 4 cell phones. I save 100 a month. Bell kept raising my cell phones. I called them about it multiple times. See you later @bell

@ryangerritsen @Bell Me too! $6/month and it was supposed to be a fixed rate for life. That agreement was just last year and as a result I will have to call customer service and wait on the phone for possibly hours to get it corrected.
