@Bell_Support Grousewood Lane, Kingston Ontario, several homes with no phone / DSL service since Christmas Eve. Cause: single vehicle accident Middle Rd @ Grousewood took out pole/lines. We filed a ticket with Primus but Bell owns the lines. Need fix ASAP. I work from home

@Bell_Support Been with Bell for years and pay more than new customers. That’s how they repay loyalty. 2 receivers & modem in the last 2 months. Have to do a hard reset daily. Tech support talks me thru it but no one seems to be able to fix the underlying issue.
