@Bell My son had his first high school online class. He was on for 2 minutes before we lost our wifi. I’ve been on the online chat to complain about the poor internet service for the past week. Please fix whatever the issues are. I pay for poor service. Frustrating!!

@JcqMit @Bell_Support Our team has detected a back-end issue that caused our Mediaroom provisioning to be unavailable affecting TV services. Our tech team is aware of the problem and is working to resolve this issue as soon as possible but no official ETR is declared as of this time.

@Bell_Support Grieving & now no TV. The only thing that was going to make bearable the one week point since my very close friend died was the distraction of TV. Now I don’t even have that. This is your usual lack of communication & customer awareness on steroids.

Well this sucks. If I was on Rogers I'd at least be able to watch recorded shows. Atthe price I pay @Bell you'd think technology would be better and better integrated with Samsung TV.
