    @Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

    I can’t believe this would be considered good service. Your ignite service has just been horrible and your customer service to back it up have been just as bad. By the time a tech shows up here to fix this I’ll already have service from @Bell installed.

    @Rogers internet is down again at home. 4th time down since I got their service. Now I have to wait over 24 hrs for them to send someone out. Remind me why I’m loyal to this company? @Bell is looking better everyday.

    @Bell_Support You guys are goining Down Hill. You have 2.5 hours before you are going TO LOSE a 23 year customer. You think I'm bluffing?? I'm already ready to sign up to the alternative as of 5:01 pm today.

    Looking at #bellcanada tweets, so much hate, everyone hate @Bell and they deserve all the hate. Not even reaching 1mb/s for $200/month with the worse customer service, because they had the monopole. But #starlink is coming!

    @TekSavvyCSR Then get in contact with Center Hastings Cablevision, they are either teksavvy or not. I pay $89 a month and dont have service 5 or 6 days. They advertise as being teksavvy, so fix the problem or im going back to @Bell

    It's been over two months that @Bell has had to sort out their stuff so we could get internet. Happy to report that the emergency @Eastlink service I ordered is doing better than expected, seeing as @Bell_Support still can't get their crap together and correct their huge screwup.

    @Bell just got off the phone with worst bell rep ever. Rude abrupt and most of all unprofessional. Be warned bell will provide a price and then not honour it. Outright fraud. 0 customer service but plenty of fraud!
