Trying to switch from Rogers to Bell for internet and somehow Bell keeps dropping the ball. It's as if they don't want new customers. @Bell it should not take 3 appts and counting to figure out what is needed for my installation. Terrible first impression.

I live in a 39 unit townhouse and @bell has been trying to bring fibre in for quite some time. Initially looking for 60+% customer threshold to install. They’ll accept at 0 customers now that it’s being funded by @CanadianPM. Tax $ at work.

@Bell_Support My internet could not be installed on September 16th and they were supposed to send a contractor to fix it on September 23rd… No one came or called, I have no info regarding my internet installation and have been 2 weeks without internet.. I need this fixed ASAP
