    @Bell_Support I had a fibe installation appointment and the tech said he couldn't do it because there's tree branches in the way. That's pretty poor preparation on Bell's part :/ Is there anything else that can be done? All I was told is that someone would call us to reschedule.

    @bell_support need a manager to call asap. What s csr? Make a customer been on hold for 45 mins and hang up and NOT CALL BACK? No decency to call back! I have been on call with bell since morning. Totally no connection.. Eating all my data just chat with bell for No solutions

    *puts on Karen hat* I hope @StarlinkPage wipes Bell Canada from existence. I can’t believe I need to pay @Bell for service. The bureaucracy& customer service are the worst I have ever experienced, and that’s saying something. I started typing out my ridiculous ordeal but **** it.

    @Bell_Support @Bell you guys just 'locked the port' on a 90 year old widow, no phone, no cable, no internet...this is now a safety issue. She has been a top tier client for 50 years ....get it sorted!!
