After 22 years of bad Internet due to poor infrastructure, I’m stoked that my parents will finally be able to tell @Bell to **** right off. We just confirmed @StarlinkPage for their home in rural Val Caron.

@Bell @Bell_Support I had the worst time this morning trying to explain my very basic connection issue to your customer service today. I have no Internet. Bro wanted me to go to a website, couldn't grasp that being on "the WiFi" would make that impossible, and that my using my phone for Internet means I can't do the modem registration he's asking me to do. I asked him so many times to forward me to another person, which he refused. After begging, he said he could if he charged he $75 , I said fine, then he charged me, gave me a time window tomorrow that someone will be by, and basically said bye. So, no, I didn't actually get to talk to anyone useful today. 0/5 stars.

@Bell And DM'd you were... And unsurprisingly, you have no solutions. You discovered that life in Canada is expensive and so people are cutting down on expenses where they can... But you couldn't possibly have that. So now you seek to curtail one's ability to use their hotspot to try and drive people to take on Home Internet service... Something you don't even provide in the province of Saskatchewan. Interesting times when you opt to make your service delivery worse than Rogers.

@Bell_Support I just signed up for Bell Mobility and went to the Number Transfer webpage but it's not recognizing my Bell temp number. And when I called support they said they were having tech issues and were unable to talk further

@Rogers @RogersHelps 3 days later and no response and currently on hold 1 hour and 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. After being a customer for 30 years, when I do get through to a human being it will be to cancel. @Bell picked up my call immediately yesterday....

@TELUSsupport @TELUS @Bell whoever tf owns the tower that was knocked out in St. John’s recently is gonna have to do something about it. Service has been terrible ever since. The year is 2026. I’m in a major city on a main drag and shouldn’t be losing service flat out

@Reil76 @Bell I had the same issue, then it was completely off, turns out a squirrel chewed through my fibe cable.

@Bell_Support your customer service is abysmal. I spoke to robots, was transferred to multiple different departments, spent a LONG time on hold, then got disconnected TWICE, and still haven’t solved the problem. It’s been an hour. Why is your service dept outsourced like this??

@infamousadam13 @Reil76 @Bell When I used to work phone support I learned the trick, most Canadian support lines that handle French support always bring you to a bilingual service in Canada, but English support usually sends you to the Phillipenes where they are trained to sound more Canadian

@Bell_Support cont’d. So unfair taking her money and not allowing us to cancel when she doesn’t even live there anymore. Someone needs to have common sense and empathy and help us cancel this account

@Bell_Support Does it usually take this long to DM a solution to a simple request?
