I call @Bell and they offer $15 credit toward a bill double that when she was paying for a plan that should have given her 10x more minutes. Way to take advantage of a elderly woman during a very scary time for her @Bell The optics are bad @Bell just not okay!

@Bell_Support "We're here to help". My phone line is down, confirmed by my internet service provider and Bell support says to deal with them to fix Bell's phone line. So sick of the Bell Rogers Telus ********** in Canada. Time to look into #Starlink @SpaceXStarlink

@Bell Patchy data coverage across the lower mainland, yet brag about how great theirs is compared to competitors and how emergency services " only use Bell " , will be changing my service provider at the end of my contract.

On a personal note, I just learned that #Bell #email is down, and a long wait for customer support resulted in this message "don't reset your password if prompted" 🙄 and no time estimate on when the issue will resolve. @Bell_Support
