    @Bell_Support Can't log in to my bell "A session is already active on this MyBell profile." Even after I've already logged out and shut off the computer I was in before hand. Should probably have a function to clear sessions if you gonna keep this ****.

    @Bell great quick service. They replied immediately. Haven't heard a peep from @Crave_PR or @CraveTVHelp though. Beyond ridiculous how you turn a blind eye.

    @Bell_Support I have been on the phone with Bell for hours trying to solve what seems to be an intractable issue, being punted from group to group, and nobody understanding the issue as the call gets transferred. I am in a support ring hell.

    @bell I'm disgusted by the customer service with Bell. While trying to help our senior parents with upgrading their Turbo Hub Net Gear, a Bell employee made an error with the available plan & now we are told we are locked into a contract & too bad? #outrageous #unacceptable
