Would THAT be reasonable. I am currently looking at Internet via cable to replace my constant and frequently horrible @Bell cable. And they can forget EVER trying to upsell me with such crap service. Oh. Sorry if your listening Bell CustomerService. Just an opinion 🙄

After 3 phone calls - last one being another hour, I’m getting nowhere with @bell_support in handling my late mother’s bill. Talk for an hour only to be put on hold and disconnected. Bright side,I am getting to make friends with their customer service workers in the Philippines.

@Bell_Support The male Jerry in tech support was fantastic. The male Ed in billing was fantastic. They both helped me out. However the male I was speaking to in the loyalty department oddly enough, was absolutely horrid. Will be canceling my subscription solely based off his performance.

@Bell_Support your stupid technician came to check the wires for the neighbours install for tomorrow. meanwhile he unplugged our wifi without telling us. then it works and it stops 15 minutes later and he’s gone. we call your horrible customer service and spend 30 mins for ...
