@Bell_Support My entire Bell connection is down on Waverley Road in The Beaches in Toronto. Is there a service outage in this area?
@Bell Canada. It's a bit inconvenient to have to call the Loyalty Team number to cancel my account after asking for cancel on the chat. That should be a simpler/faster process.. :(

@Bell_Support the MyBell app hasn’t been tracking my internet usage for about 1 week. I contacted support and was told Bell is working on the issue. Why taking so long to correct this issue?
And why is it at 8:30 in the morning it takes 20 minutes on hold probably longer if I had stayed on to talk to somebody in your customer service department? @bell
Then when I tried to call and complain I was put on hold 20 minutes when it said the wait time was 1 minute. Is this customer service in 2020!!! @bell I not even your customer nor will I ever be in the future especially if this is the behaviour that you guys exhibit as a company.
@Bell Why is it that when your technicians "fix" the wiring in my home, they only make an even bigger mess of it, and they take out my VoIP line, causing me to spend 5+ hours properly fixing what your technician mangled badly? I should start sending you bills for this crap!
