Two months ago @Bell damaged property to my home while installing cables. I have called customer service every week and the answer is always the same, someone will get back to me within 24-48 hrs. No one has ever called me back to rectify this issue.

There are many experiences that can’t be unseen & can’t be fixed. This is a serious problem which can’t be fixed alone.
