@Bell tech support, nice job speeding up the wifi (to something close to the promised amount), but did not ask to have the PVR contents vaporized. That was an unpleasant surprise.

Hey @Bell ! My husband in on the phone for almost 40 minutes to cancel his mobile line. Someone talk to him in less than 1 and a half minute, but as long as he said CANCELLATION he’s on hold. What a shame. @BellCanadaWatch

@Bell_Support Sorry but I am not dealing with this anymore today. Wasted my afternoon with this. Took 3 chats and 4 calls to get an explanation as to why the tech did not show up. One thing I can say is that if the appt is rescheduled then at the minimum, the customer should be advised.

Really disappointed with @Bell_Support @bell. I haven't even had my modem installed yet and I already have complaints about the bad service. They scheduled the installation for today, they didn't come, they canceled and I can't reschedule.
