@Bell tech support, nice job speeding up the wifi (to something close to the promised amount), but did not ask to have the PVR contents vaporized. That was an unpleasant surprise.

@care_hebert @dprlot @Bell_Support Yes if you dabbled with the password you would lose access when the network came back. You can always contact Bell support for a new password if you can’t find yours :)

@Bell My 90 year old grandparents are going on day 3 of NO phone. They had an appointment yesterday to get it fixed.. no one showed up. They had a make up appointment today.. no one showed up. NOW they are saying TOMORROW.... what if they need 911!?! They have NO WAY to get help!

@AskJesseO @Bell_Support Hello Jesse, I am sorry to inform you that this is the service that Bell offers 24/7. You’ll notice that the outages will continue into the future, and their will be no real steps taken to changing that. They will drain your bank account without giving you the service you bought.

@Bell_Support My FIBE internet and TV has been down for about 90 minutes now downtown Toronto (U of T area). Is this an area outage? Have reset my FIBE and unplugged my modem to reset too...no luck.

@Bell @FANEXPOCANADA Please do not waste your money on this companies internet plans. The speeds you’ll get will NEVER match what you’re paying for, just look at the rest of the comments on ALL of Bell’s posts. I’m going to dedicate my time to always post this on Bell’s comments.
