@care_hebert @dprlot @Bell_Support Yes if you dabbled with the password you would lose access when the network came back. You can always contact Bell support for a new password if you can’t find yours :)

@Bell tech support, nice job speeding up the wifi (to something close to the promised amount), but did not ask to have the PVR contents vaporized. That was an unpleasant surprise.

@Bell_Support Going through what must be one of the worst experiences with a service provider. Absolute negligence and uterless care for a basic experience. 4 days internet issues, 8 calls to your tech, ow you send me to a store where I get told .. wrong store. Wow!

I had a @Bell technician scheduled to come out today. Bell calls and says there is an issue, we may have to cancel but maybe not. If it is cancelled you will get a txt otherwise it is still scheduled. I get no txt, wait for 6 hours. No tech comes. Thank you, Bell.
