@Bell_Support Because we moved and changed our number, the offers are no longer valid. What a fail! No incentives to bring customers over - makes no sense!

@Bell tech support, nice job speeding up the wifi (to something close to the promised amount), but did not ask to have the PVR contents vaporized. That was an unpleasant surprise.

@care_hebert @dprlot @Bell_Support Yes if you dabbled with the password you would lose access when the network came back. You can always contact Bell support for a new password if you can’t find yours :)

Hey @Bell ! My husband in on the phone for almost 40 minutes to cancel his mobile line. Someone talk to him in less than 1 and a half minute, but as long as he said CANCELLATION he’s on hold. What a shame. @BellCanadaWatch

I know the original investors should gain ROI but it seems that we are making circles and the consumer telecommunications issues are not addressed. @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell As a consumer I am frustrated with fewer options. However, I can't help notice some of the smaller players complain about the practices of bigger players, only to turn around and engage in the same extortion and monopolistic behavior.
