Awesome when you stay home for the weekend so @Bell_Support can come do a service call on Sunday. They never show up and you call and get the “oh the person you previously spoke to messed up.” Not good enough. Get it together. There better be some reimbursement ASAP.

It is truly unfortunate that @bell is the absolute worst. Today's drama is that Bell texted me a threatening message saying that I was nearing my "credit limit" and if it got any worse my phone service would be cut off. I was (I think understandably) alarmed.

@ADoseofBuckley @TeamCanada @Bell BTW I'm not disappointed I expected this from day one I knew we would be down the line in metals and more bronze medals than anything else,! I've been through this before it's not my first rodeo it's pathetic it's gross and Canadians like you make it even worse.

@Bell please do something about your wifi service in northern Ontario. We’ve been without service all weekend with absolutely no answers and no help from customer service. Still no wifi today (Monday). People have to work and have post-secondary school work.

So here @Bell is having over-charged me at activation according to my credit card company now threatening to disconnect me before I get my first bill because I've come close to exceeding a credit limit I was never informed of via charges that have not been disclosed to me
