  Awesome when you stay home for the weekend so @Bell_Support can come do a service call on Sunday. They never show up and you call and get the “oh the person you previously spoke to messed up.” Not good enough. Get it together. There better be some reimbursement ASAP.

  @ryangerritsen Yeah , i was with @Bell once upon a time After a bug with pay services, they cancel my services After it got clear . It took me 45 minutes to close m'y service . Till i could get a manager that was able to close it

  @Bell_Support Oh well. The third agent told me that he could offer me a new credit. I'm going to call back during the day to speak to someone. This is poor customer service. Hope the AI layoffs don't hit Bell agents. When you can't find competent people, AI will make decisions for you

  @dhockey13 Bell pay $230 for tv internet and house line. Tried explaining to them we **** even have a phone plugged in but they told me if I take it out of unpackaged it will cost more . @Bell sucks
