@Bell_Support there are signal issues in Saskatoon Willowgrove area. Almost one bar or sometime zero signal.

Awesome when you stay home for the weekend so @Bell_Support can come do a service call on Sunday. They never show up and you call and get the “oh the person you previously spoke to messed up.” Not good enough. Get it together. There better be some reimbursement ASAP.

@Bell_Support My power went out. It only took @HydroOne a little over an hour to fix it. But @Bell_Support takes hours and hours to solve their issues.

@JanTheMan2010 @Bell They've been hoovering up independents recently as well. They have also been offering aggressive discounts (below costs) on first 12 months of service (of course with no guarantee of beyond that & even say pricing a change during promo period.) So in 2-3 years people are hooped.

@VirginPlusCare At least they probably didn't have the @Bell tech show up and say a previous tech "cleaned up the panel" which resulted in us being disconnected...and since it's now full, he can't fix it until he talks to central on Monday at the earlier.... 😭😭😭

@Bell_Support Thanks. 7 calls. Got the total runaround each time. There's a problem, there's no problem, it's your phone, it's your SIM, 100's of people have the same problem, oh, imnonly seeing 2 tickets in the last 2 weeks. Not trustworthy. @SamsungCanada looking like it's a software issue.

@Bell_Support Still out here in Montreal quebec since 8:30 am Friday Feb 3 . It's now Saturday Feb 4 8:30 pm ! For what pay monthly for this service I better get a rebate for the next bill

Two days and counting without internet. @Bell_Support cancelled our technician for tonight and rescheduled to Tuesday - as if we have no work or jobs for the next three days. The amount of money we pay per month for such horrible service.
