Awesome when you stay home for the weekend so @Bell_Support can come do a service call on Sunday. They never show up and you call and get the “oh the person you previously spoke to messed up.” Not good enough. Get it together. There better be some reimbursement ASAP.

@Bell #bellsupport Your website says no outage in my area but nothing is working. The call center says there is an outage, on your website not , and like a joke agent says give us 24-48 hrs to fix the issue. Everyone is #workingfromhome

Last chance, hoping people @Bell_Support can figure out why my modem randomly gives errors (Error 2000 - Network Authentication Failed, and Error 1202 - Configure HSI Service) happens almost daily and has been happening since Dec 2nd 2022. Ready to switch to Rogers if you can't.
