Awesome when you stay home for the weekend so @Bell_Support can come do a service call on Sunday. They never show up and you call and get the “oh the person you previously spoke to messed up.” Not good enough. Get it together. There better be some reimbursement ASAP.

@JcqMit @Bell_Support I just downloaded and opened the Fibe app and am able to watch tv (blue jays game 🧢⚾) with no issues. oh & I used Amazon firestick to access the app.

@Bell_Support Great news??? The app keeps pausing every 30 seconds. Thanks Bell, it is making me realise how poor your service is. You should, at the very least, designed your receivers to function on their own, disconnected to watch prerecorded shows.
