Janelle (@tuckergirl) reported from Dundonald, SaskatchewanAwesome when you stay home for the weekend so @Bell_Support can come do a service call on Sunday. They never show up and you call and get the “oh the person you previously spoke to messed up.” Not good enough. Get it together. There better be some reimbursement ASAP.

They tried to tell me I never sent them the equipment back ( that after some Telus goof tried to make me believe the Canada Post will come driving out to the sticks and pick it up ) luckily I didn’t believe him and sent it by registered mail. Took me almost 3 months and many phone calls and a lot of grandstanding by Telus before they finally stopped being jerks.

It went out Wednesday at 4:30pm and now we're told it'll be out until late May 1st! Those with no cell have no access to 911!

So make a couple inquiries into the damaged bell cable impacting home phone service in West Burlington/Aldershot - with Hamilton numbers
