Chat service gave me phone number for Bell Home Service. Now been on the phone for 11 plus and counting and still waiting while they read the file

Was supposed to be warranty but now are charging me $230. They have given me a 6 year old phone as a loaner. No timetable for rtn

Technician came in and said there is some issue with conduit and some contractor needs to fix. The date given is 1/28. Now without internet and no resolution so far. Worst service ever!!

After an hour on the phone with bell, was told “the technician said you weren’t home so too bad for you”. Said they couldn’t contact the technician cause they “don’t do that”. Great customer service.
