    @Bell_Support See, this is the exact stuff I’m talking about. Your satellite coverage is coast to coast, my location makes no difference. When will your satellite service support 4k? Even I know the answer. Not anytime soon!

    @tvaddonsco @Bell_Support @Bell Part of me just wants to walk away from satellite. I have no idea how they’re ever going to offer 4k service if their 720 service is already over-compressed and pixelated. If this wasn’t a free replacement, I’d be gone.

    @tvaddonsco @Bell_Support @Bell Even when you do have a major problem and call tech support, it’s an outsourced agent in the Philippines who doesn’t have a clue about Bell services. They agreed to a free rental of a 9400, so we’ll see what happens.

    @Bell_Support @Bell I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years. What’s that get me, a refurbished model I have to pay another $200+ for? No 4K still? And right before the long weekend!

    Not impressed at all and have been plagued with issues by @Bell’s Smart Home Security System. Still awaiting a phone call from December 19th for ongoing issue. It is being treated with the seriousness of an internet or mobile phone account.

    If I were @telus @bell or @rogers, I too would be peeved at any notion our government has that freeloader companies should be able to use the infrastructure they build to compete unfairly with them. No problem if a 4th (5th, 6th....and so on) competitor wants to build a network.
