    I purchased a 5G Samsung phone from @Bell I have not had it even 6 months and there has been an issue every month. @Bell has had it for a month. Was supposed to be warranty but now are charging me $230. They have given me a 6 year old phone as a loaner. No timetable for rtn

    Dealing with @Bell_Support is brutal. They have had my phone for a month. Store says still waiting. Chat service gave me phone number for Bell Home Service. Now been on the phone for 11 plus and counting and still waiting while they read the file

    @Bell_Support Is my phone fixed? Uhm no, said I don't want any more sales calls, well that's a lie just wasted another 20 minutes of my life. Fix my phone and return it!!!! Do better tomorrow on no marketing calls. Fyi I record and log every interaction

    @Bell Years ago and my bill jumped up $40. Bell is a piece of **** and have terrible customer service. Also their Bell Let’s Chat is a complete scam. Who scams people who have mental disabilities? Bell does.
