Was supposed to be warranty but now are charging me $230. They have given me a 6 year old phone as a loaner. No timetable for rtn

Chat service gave me phone number for Bell Home Service. Now been on the phone for 11 plus and counting and still waiting while they read the file

Bad news...either the Bell tech from Tuesday or Friday stole a Quest food bar. We noticed 1 missing. Only my wife and I live here, no pets. She is allergic to peanuts... 1/2

Don't like contracts. They blamed the increase on the war! Called Telus and saved $37 a month. No more loyalty, Bell sucks!

Today, I got text from you that your issue will be fixed in July 2026 ! Are you seriously that incompetent that you need 8 months to fix an issue?
