Hey there @Bell you have brutal customer service. Spoke to two different agents today. The first one did not follow through on anything from our discussion and the second told me how policies work there and I was misinformed from a previous agent. Glad I’ve canceled

  • myworldtaw
My World Through A Windshield 🇨🇦 (@myworldtaw) reported from Cavan, Ontario

Holy ****, why is it so complicated to do something so simple as having a Sim swap done with @bell? 25 minutes of circular discussion with a call center in the Philippines (we do have people in this country available to do this kind of work) to be told they have no way to help.

  • RobjSutherland
robert sutherland (@RobjSutherland) reported from Peterborough, Ontario

  • BrendaJeffs
Brenda Jeffs (@BrendaJeffs) reported from Clarington, Ontario

Against my gut feeling, I gave @Bell a chance this year. In fact I gave them 2 chances. They screwed it up both times! Never again. And it's impossible to speak with anyone so I'm paying them about $250 for 3 days of internet service just to get them to stop calling me. 😡

  • MattLeskiw
Matt Leskiw (@MattLeskiw) reported from Clarington, Ontario

@Bell_Support is a massive rip off and anyone who has Fibe TV should cancel it immediately.

  • seanchicago
Sean McLaughlin (@seanchicago) reported from Clarington, Ontario

@Bell this is the 4th time I’ve called support for them just to cut off the connection

@Bell_Support Tried activating the $15 BYOD Smartwatch Standalone plan as a new customer. Website says it’s allowed, but phone support & stores keep passing me back & forth because your system forces a smartphone IMEI. Left on hold for over an hour. Please DM to fix this.

  • TheDanLevy
Dan Levy ✡ דניאל אליהו בן מאניש דוד (@TheDanLevy) reported

@Aaron_Rosenthal @CTV @Bell They’re just reprinting a Canadian Press wire service story & headline Canadian Press is owned jointly by 3 major Canadian media companies: Globe & Mail, Torstar Corp, & Square Victoria Communications Group (which owns La Presse). CTV/Bell are only guilty of laziness here

  • CuberPowel
    Powel Cuber (@CuberPowel) reported

@Reil76 @Bell Similar story with Bell. They refused to help me, even though I was spending $500 a month with them. Then I went to Rogers and had my numbers ported. A day later, Bell was calling me at least once a day for three weeks, bending over backwards to resolve my issue and get me back.
