@Bell_Support Now this is the issue, how do you verify that I am Michael Collinge? My account is set up under a similar version of my name.

@Bell @Bell_Support #Bell I have spent far too many hours trying to fix your problem with every single one of your employee's apologizing for it that I have no desire to have to contact you again about this issue you caused.

When it comes to @RogersHelp versus @Bell, it’s honestly awful that Rogers customers always lose Internet during a storm, but Bell customers don’t ! #toronto

@Bell, you literally have, what appears to be, an unlimited amount of #Bell phone numbers for everything, but proper customer service who can actually fix the problem.

@Bell I have had only issues. For everything I have to invest my time in talking to your customer service for basic info. I initiated a pre-authorized debit and I got confirmation for the same on email and yet the money was debited from other account.

@Bell_Support @Bell_Support, my patience is running low. You caused this problem in November when you opened the account under the wrong name, you consistently put barriers in my way to fix it by refusing to do so, now fix it. Please, thank you, and respectfully.

@Bell_Support @Bell_Support This resulted in me having to contact #Bell to reschedule. Issue: They set the account up in the wrong name, so how do you verify your information they bill you for?

@Bell_Support Once we get through this ridiculous obstacle, they are going to ask for my username name. Issue: since the account was not set up by #Bell to me, registration never happened. Now what?
