    @TheWidowTillane @Bell_Support Same here in London. Service has been out on Fibe for an hour. My set top box is just flashing green after a reboot.

    @Bell_Support I just spent 35 minutes on hold after it said the wait was going to be 25. Then randomly says sorry our office is now closed at "5:50" this is terrible. My Fibe tv isn't working, neither is your virtual repair.

    So when you call Bell no message saying there are outages just says they can’t help you right now because of higher than normal volume and it hangs up. Nice customer service @Bell
