@RogersHelps Much of the afternoon with Internet down near Civic Hospital with no updates disrupting school and work meanwhile I look out the window and @Bell is installing high speed fiber to our neighbors who appear to be quite satisfied with service. Time to switch?

@DPocroianu @Bell I told someone they should get a therapist but I heard horrible stories about therapist so those who deal with trauma will have 8t double hard

@Rogers @RogersHelps suspend an account not overdue or payment due until July ???? Call and get a machine after waiting on hold saying someone will call me back in 1 biz day - ya NO time to change to @Bell the service is continuously unacceptable

@Bell_Support I have never in my life had worse customer service. Day 5 of trying to fix a problem. When the agent got flustered, they simply hung up. Great training BELL 👍🏼

The way @Bell_Support takes their customers for granted. I’ve been on the phone all morning trying to pay my damn bill.
