    @Bell_Support @Bell_Support Might want to unplug your servers from the outlet. Wait for a full minute. Replug the servers in the outlet. Still not working. Unplug the servers again. Wait 5 minutes and try to find a known working outlet. Service still down? Wait on the line until you hang up.

    @Bell_Support @ctvottawa Out in Ottawa too. Very annoying! Totally agree with other customers that support should be taking calls our have a general message communicating the problem. Seniors don’t always have apps and Twitter accounts etc

    Issues with #bellfibe @Bell_Support - not sure what is going on… my workaround was to switch to my Apple TV and watch it through he #bell app on the device Very frustrating
