@bcorms @Bell Hey @bcorms , So. About 5 years ago we had everything with @Bell TV,home phone, family mobile plans (5) and internet. Due to poor customer service we now are mostly Bell free. My suggestion move on we use #Shawdirect, #Xplorenet and other providers are much happier. Good luck

It's also why we should be critical about the @Bell_LetsTalk campaign when @Bell is accused of ignoring workplace issues affecting employees' #MentalHealth. Talking alone isn't always the solution. Employers have a responsibility to act, whether it's Bell or Buckingham Palace.

@Bell_Support Over the past six months I've spoken with 12+ representatives who have "promised" me I'd be added to the exclusion list. It's ridiculous this hasn't been done. I've now been on your support line for over an hour, and all of your representatives refuse to escalate the situation.

@Bell_Support do you not respect people's right to privacy? I am not a customer and have received dozens of letter mail from you over the past few months & requested numerous times to be removed from your mailing lists. Yet continue to be inundated with spam.

@bell @Bell_Support customer service is genuinely terrible. Have spent the last five months trying to get a simple issue resolved and it’s like pulling my hair out each time!! On hold now for over 40 minutes when she said give me a minute to create a ticket!!!! Not one check in.

@Bell Hey how's that $125 million dollars working out for you Bell? You took the money and still laid off workers which was what the money was to prevent. So you robbed tax payers when you have $5 billion just sitting in a cash surplus... **** you

Warning. My daughter was scammed into typing #2030 on her cell phone and was charged $4.99 by @FreedomMobile. This scam has been ripping Canadians for over 8 years because @Bell Rogers & Telus continue to make money everytime. Sad but true. Solution: DON't use shortcodes at all
