    @Bell_Support I think I'm on a first name basis with the people at tech support. Wish you'd upgrade the service in my my area of Orillia, Ontario. Most of the city gets much better service than I do.

    @piak08 @DoyleMony @Bell It’s awful, 6 freakin hours on the phone last night with 7 different people, thy wanted me to set up another new account, another credit check, another tech to come out more costs and they are the ones that cancelled dit but don’t know how they canceled it, jokes!!!

    @Bell_Support I need some help. I have what I thought to be a simple request...I want internet set up at our new house and our neighbors have Bell services but still no one I talk to on the phone at #Bell can even set up the service request to send someone out. #Help

    👋 I cancelled @Bell years ago because the customer support and overpriced internet, I guess nothing has changed since, on hold 4.5hrs trying to fix this, my @ATT can you come to Canada?

    @Bell_Support I have a three-week-old Samsung phone that was set up at a Bell store in Toronto, and the e-mail server keeps asking me to set up a correct username and password all of a sudden this aft. I never touched the settings. Must be part of the same service issue, eh?

    @Bell_LetsTalk @Bell I tried to talk yesterday, when I asked if bell was going to offer their customer a WiFi 6 router up grade? I guess they didn't feel like talking??? They don't forget to contact me though if I'm late with a bill payment???

    @Bell Email is down Customer service managers on 310 are telling Customer Service Associates to tell us to 'keep checking'. It will be down 24 hours No onecan anyone tell us why this is the case. (Per your very stressed out Associate who is doing her best) This is pretty sad!!

    @Bell_Support @carelyn25 Please don't pretend it's individual accounts and make her go through a bunch of resetting on her end for no reason. Just admit you're having issues - which is pretty clear by the amount of sympatico/bell mail users tweeting about it. And yes... I'm one of them.

    @carelyn25 @Bell_Support No problem, Carolyn. Didn't want you to get on the phone with someone at Bell who'd waste an hour of your time getting you to restart your router and change all your login/passwords for no reason.
