👋 I cancelled @Bell years ago because the customer support and overpriced internet, I guess nothing has changed since, on hold 4.5hrs trying to fix this, my @ATT can you come to Canada?

@Bell_Support I need some help. I have what I thought to be a simple request...I want internet set up at our new house and our neighbors have Bell services but still no one I talk to on the phone at #Bell can even set up the service request to send someone out. #Help

@Bell_Support I think I'm on a first name basis with the people at tech support. Wish you'd upgrade the service in my my area of Orillia, Ontario. Most of the city gets much better service than I do.

@Bell_Support My FIBE internet and TV has been down for about 90 minutes now downtown Toronto (U of T area). Is this an area outage? Have reset my FIBE and unplugged my modem to reset too...no luck.
