They put you on hold for upwards of an hour, then hang up on you and make you call back and go through entire process again. What a bull shit scam artist company with nothing but a criminality and fraud mindset.

How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

Any time you can choose an alternative you should do so. @startca @TekSavvyBuzz or any other 3rd party reseller will treat you better and give you better options.

Unless you can give me a 24hr line where I can cancel my service, you are of no use to me. A complaint with the better business bureau of Canada has already been filed.
