@Bell_Support I think I'm on a first name basis with the people at tech support. Wish you'd upgrade the service in my my area of Orillia, Ontario. Most of the city gets much better service than I do.

@Bell_Support getting passed around in the support center and being left on hold. Passed along again. Horrible! The disconnect btw Bell and Bell Smart Home/Alarm Force is ridiculous! No easy billing or transparency by Bell Smart Home/ Alarm Force.
