Issue not resolved even though after each call we were told it was fixed. Finally told they would issue a ticket for investigation and call us back after a frustrating 3rd call. Abysmal customer service!

This is CLEARLY a Bell problem in the area. I better start switch my email contacts over so I can switch ISPs. Enough is Enough.

Their casual response while our patients wait is incredibly frustrating. This keeps happening. Friday evening tech repair was cancelled by text indicating area outage. It's Sunday. No area outage reported.
