Issue not resolved even though after each call we were told it was fixed. Finally told they would issue a ticket for investigation and call us back after a frustrating 3rd call. Abysmal customer service!

This is CLEARLY a Bell problem in the area. I better start switch my email contacts over so I can switch ISPs. Enough is Enough.

It’s not the best PR move to give her your general inquiries line and get her to sit on the phone again. Sending the customer a DM would be the way to go, not vice versa
