    Just called and cancelled our @Bell Tv, Internet, and home phone (yeah, home phone) service due to terrible customer service, price gouging and mediocre service. So disgusted with how they do business, and are allowed to by @CRTCeng

    Completely disgusted with @Bell ...again. The fact that they are able to bundle and charge for home phone service that we don’t use, or want shows how broken telecom is in our country. @CRTCeng @FilomenaTassi The price gouging needs to stop.

    Then @Bell_Support @Bell I’m getting the run around when I was trying to sort it out. I was on the phone for over two hours being transferred back and forth and NO ONE was willing/capable of working in a resolution. Still no resolution @CRTCeng

    Agents at store @Bell_Support @Bell useless & infuriating. you suspend my account due to non-payment when in fact I paid my bill as usual. A manager is supposed to call me back. HOW???? get a grip @Bell Coach your agents. Don’t make your problem my problem

    Hey @Bell_Support @Bell you removed mobility from account without notification and created a separate one. As a customer I assumed I was paying my bill as usual when in fact I wasn’t and no one at @Bell bothered to inform me
