  @Bell followed up with your technical team and it appears nothing was done. Error code 1009p/3 seems to be a mystery and I'm not the only one who has it... @680NEWS should maybe investigate this as I may choose @Rogers if the app doesn't work...

  @Bell_Support I’ve been using the app on firestick for over a month cuz you guys came out to fix an issue&my receiver hasn’t worked since,been on the phone with you guys 5 times told I’d need a temp line,still not fixed or no temp line,looks like I should switch back to Rogers,fed up!

  @Bell_Support @Bell Customer service is lacking. Called multiple times and told to call back. Tried virtual fix and chat too only to be told it’s unavailable! Why not say we know there’s an issue we’re working on it? I’m sure you’ll credit your customers for this! Lord knows you bill us enough!#fail

  @Bell_Support Burlington here. Internet Ok but no TV just a blue BELL fibe screen. I was experience PVR problems and rebooted. Big mistake

  @TzionaAnna @Bell_Support Same in Oakville. Bell Fibe, high prices very bad service. My signal over last 2 years is always getting interrupted and pic freezes. Anyone out there have any suggestions for a new provider?
