@Bell followed up with your technical team and it appears nothing was done. Error code 1009p/3 seems to be a mystery and I'm not the only one who has it... @680NEWS should maybe investigate this as I may choose @Rogers if the app doesn't work...

Hey @Bell_Support I have had 4 visits from technicians, been on the chat/phone constantly over last 6 months and I am paying basically a mortgage for Fibe. Internet down more than working!!!! Not happy!!!!

@Airbornev12 @Bell_News @Bell I worked as a journeyman pressman. If a Stupidvisor set foot in OUR jurisdiction, that Stop Button was slammed. With the presses running full out too! Regardless how long it would take us to get back up & running again. Sometimes 1 maybe 2hrs. lol They never ****** with us!!

@Bell Tried to upgrade my phone and 48 hours later, a wasted trip to a Bell store and 1 hour on the phone resulted in Bell cancelling my order. Bell now expects me to renegotiate. Worst service experience ever!
