@Bell followed up with your technical team and it appears nothing was done. Error code 1009p/3 seems to be a mystery and I'm not the only one who has it... @680NEWS should maybe investigate this as I may choose @Rogers if the app doesn't work...

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Pxtl Martin Zarate (@Pxtl) reported

@CanuckTraveler @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Bell doesn't service the vast remote empty parts of Canada. The territories have their own providers. The inhabited part of Canada isn't as sparse as people think - majority of Canadians live in Windsor-Quebec-city corridor.

  • GQ1916 GQ (@GQ1916) reported

@Bell Took over $100million in wage subsidy! Laid off untold workers. Then increased dividend to shareholders. @Bell I would use your service if they were FREE!! #yeg #Mentalhealth #FAKE

  • CodyHoglander Cody Hoglander (@CodyHoglander) reported

@Bell Terrible company terrible service terrible owners #BELLLETSCUT

@Bell you really gotta fix your internet speeds. Paying $140/month to have the internet shut off 20 times a day? What a joke.

  • Keepershiny Mr. Omega Man - who/what/where (@Keepershiny) reported

@led1962 @MarkJCarney Had that discussion with @Bell in ‘98 when triple charged on my corp. cell account. Took 54 phone calls over 6 months (38 of them recorded) to achieve a zero balance. Sent a bill at my service rate of $64.00x118hrs. Used their blind terms. Put them into collection. Black listed.

  • KerrazyCanuck #AgolfTweetlerHasLeftTheBuilding (@KerrazyCanuck) reported

@CODEX911 @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell No, it’s based on speeds of 123-150mps. If it even gets us 15mbps, we are exponentially better than our current service provider options! It’s not rocket surgery...

  • AdrienneMJI Adrienne (@AdrienneMJI) reported

So my boyfriend was on the phone with a higher representative at @Bell mobility the other day, and he LITERALLY fell asleep! I have video evidence. Pretty poor customer service if you ask me. He finally woke up, groggy and we had to hang up & call back after an hour of waiting.
