@Bell_Support @ty_localniagara Settle it in public and show us you’re doing the right thing. None of this DM and taking it offline garbage.

  • TheDiggyShow
Andrew Dignum (@TheDiggyShow) reported from St. Catharines, Ontario

@Bell followed up with your technical team and it appears nothing was done. Error code 1009p/3 seems to be a mystery and I'm not the only one who has it... @680NEWS should maybe investigate this as I may choose @Rogers if the app doesn't work...

  • whatdoesntkillu
Emily Spanton (she/elle) (@whatdoesntkillu) reported from St. Catharines, Ontario

@blackowned905 @AbbyLaneGreen @Bell told me they are removing Netflix access from their boxes so I'm canceling the whole thing - my fibe internet goes down multiple times a day and I'm just done. I'll find another internet provider and only had cable cuz it was a package... I'll go back to torrents.

    @jods10503 @Rogers @Bell You’re lucky it was only 2 hours. It’s usually longer and it’s getting bad.

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Reil76
    🇨🇦Wayne🇨🇦 (@Reil76) reported

Hey @Bell I have had internet issues for three days now!! Whenever I call your tech support people will look into my modem and say everything’s fine. One minute my speed is lightning, and then it’s gone. My cameras cut out, my alarm won’t work, but they refuse to do anything! This is why I left you before for @cogeco and I’m about ready to do it again!!!

  • studentforall
    Truenorth (@studentforall) reported

@Reil76 @Bell This is why we need to eliminate the Cellular/Internet/Cable service monopoly we have in Canada. It only serves to promote poor customer service and high rates. It does nothing to support the Canadian consumer and everything for the corporations.

  • Tanner_Thomas95
    Tanner Thomas (@Tanner_Thomas95) reported

@Bell has to be the worst company out there, you do an upgrade online, but then decide to cancel because you can get the product in store.. now you’re saying it’s going to take a week for the upgrade to cancel?! Then having the rudest case manager out there

  • davemcmaster93
    Dave McMaster (@davemcmaster93) reported

@Bell hey Bell , as a new customer for just over a month I have been unable to access MY Bell account…several long conversations with CSR’s and no body can help…got a bill today that I can’t/wont pay!!!

  • johnnydollar86
    johnnydollar86 (@johnnydollar86) reported

@shoegirl68 @Reil76 @Bell Do you have teksavvy in your area?, I switch from bell to them and never had any issues

  • HueyTheFrenchie
    Mike Moore (@HueyTheFrenchie) reported

@mobinfiltrator @Bell The best choice I ever made was not having my tv/internet from the same provider as my cell. This way if one of them goes down I’m still good.

  • sunnydriver1970
    Randy 🎗️ 🇨🇦 (@sunnydriver1970) reported

@Reil76 @Bell 3/ key placement of the one device is very important. The basement is the worst location for almost any home.

@bell if you’re going to have people working remotely at least ensure they have a good cell phone signal. Or call the customer back when the call drops
