@Bell_Support @Hazelxo6 There is an outage at Jane and Finch (Toronto) it has been a whole day, I called in the morning and I was told there was an outage. I can see the Bell truck here too. Can we at least get the extra data we get when this happens?

@Bell I feel it's important to teach the sales team between Megabyte(MB) and Megabit(Mb). Just got off phone with Sales insisting I'm getting 500 Megabytes/s (not bits). This was my the official verbal confirmation for my plan. Otherwise excited to trying out your service! :)

@armchairqbguy @Bell @TELUS I switched to Telus too, didn't have to sign a contract either as long as I used my own device. We'll see how it goes. If it's garbage or they increase rates I can just jump ship again.

Fantastic @bell. Didn't want internet to be functioning today anyway. Not like I had a **** pile of important work to get done. Word is you planned maintenance on the system during a high usage time. HELLO...lots of people still working from home. Couldn't be done off-peak?
