    Hey, @Bell_Support! I've been a customer for at least two years now (coming on three, I believe) and I shouldn't be getting 500+ping while I play @Rainbow6Game with my friends in my room, online. I pay 108 a month for this service, why is there SO much ping? I pay on time!

    Hy @Bell, i already had mobile with you guys, laat month aded internet service also, i asked to Join the service on my already existing account. Since i have auto payment from my Card. Today i noticed that no Extra payment was done, and found that i am overdue from yesterday.

    @Bell_Support fiber optic box in front of house has broken ports. How about fixing them so you aren’t here everyday reconnecting one of us? Yesterday you unplugged my neighbor to connect us. Today my neighbor got his fixed and we are down again. Who will be down after our repair?

    @Bell_Support the incompetence is staggering- after three separate service calls - we are no further ahead than we ever were. Technicians not even briefed on what they were here to do - despite communication with various “level 2’s”

    @Bell_Support Tech coming tomorrow. We couldn’t watch the homey game so had to stream from our phones. I have to stream for work tomorrow until the tech fixes it. 2nd time in as many months we’ve had an problem
