    @Bell activate said SIM cards. Even after doing everything properly and as asked, they then tell you your order has expired because they never did their jobs for so long! DO NOT switch to them unless you have to! Customer service is childish at best.

    I just love @Rogers incredible service. Gonna be going possibly a week plus this month with no internet service and there is nothing they are willing to do to speed this up. Half tempted to make a call to @Bell at this point. This is the second time this month with no internet.

    I'm having absolutely the worst customer service from @Bell right now and this includes the store and chat agents and technicians. I feel so frustrated. From technicians not showing up for a modem swap to a new screen protector already being cracked after a few days. ARGH

    I had to recover my bills from last year for CRA checkup. All companies and organizations I went to were able to help me with this simple request relatively easy and quick. And only @Bell was surprisingly awful in that. #terribleservice #BellCanada

    No solution has been provided as I speak and ended up calling 100 times. Reached out to our lawyer to sue @Bell as it is a franchise for the loss and hope justice is served as early as possible.

    @FlexasJ @Bell_Support Yeah no. Keep your science denying to yourself. I have kids and would prefer for them not to end up in the overflowing hospitals because a service worker violates the rules of my home. Idiot.

    Instead @Bell @Bell_Support Technician messed up all existing connections ended up with no internet service and closed the store as the payments didn't worked. Called the support but in return suggested me to close the store until next appointment which was scheduled after 3 days

    @Bell_Support Why after your technician tells me to disconnect my previous internet and leaves my internet doesn't work , a nice way to start off ,inconvenience the whole family and have angry first time customers, I've been inconvenienced since Sunday 😡
