    @Bell_Support hello when trying to watch recorded shows using the Fibe tv app get an error message with the code "1009p/3" I have tried to use the support website but there is no info about error codes. Can you help?

    Unbeknownst to me ..(I have a number of accounts) @Bell charged my credit card for 5 years of service (~$11k) for service which they say I didn't cancel to a building demolished 5 years ago I have been fighting for s rebate since April ..there have been promises of calls rebates

    @Bell_Support Hello Bell Support. I woke up to no bell service on my phone lines. This of course meant I have no access to internet. In our house we use internet and phone service to work at home and carry out the business of the day.

    @Bell_Support I’m not a customer. Hence the β€œwhy I don’t deal with bell”. Your customer service drove me away many many years ago - it’s sad to see there have been no improvements since that time. I had to assist my mother as the CS worker was useless and causing her anxiety and stress.

    @Bell_Support with these workers to get anything moving is an embarrassment and totally unfair to them (and to your customers). And yet I feel I am forced to do this because the service outage has now affected my family’s jobs and no other action seems to be working. 4/X
