i cancelled my services with @Bell in November 2020 but somehow they still managed to bill me $300 for TV services that i NO LONGER HAVE. @Bell is the shittiest service provider that you can subscribe with.

Talking with a Bell worker yesterday -- loads of people who work @Bell are off sick - impacts scheduling of repairs to squirrel damage on the infrastructure. At the 27min mark the service rep tells me they can't figure out what happened and they need to transfer me to escalations. OK, fine. I get on with @Bell_Support Escalations and no history has been transferred, I have to start over explaining everything. #cx #fail
