Hi @Bell_Support. Re: ticket INC0323162, please include that the problem still exists and the #HWY402 corridor still has poor service. Call dropped 3 times between London and Sarnia yesterday

@Bell technician supposed to be here today Nov 20 between 12 to 5pm. Now appointment says the 22nd ???? What is happening? Customer service just want to make me believe the 20th never happened even if I have an email and text msg confirming same. Not happy at all!

3) We were then without internet which took 24 hours and an hour of being on hold to fix. Set up another appointment and they were to come today and have everything done and we were told it would only take an hour. I call to confirm and I’m told someone will be there b4 5. @Bell

Gonna miss the customer service from @TekSavvyNetwork as they are undoubtedly the best in Canada.. unfortunately via @Rogers our service is completely unacceptable and we've decided to move to @Bell fibre which they can't offer. Frig.

Is anyone else in Toronto having the worst experience staying connected to the internet with @Rogers ? For the past month Rogers keeps dropping my internet signal. It's been delaying my abilities to post anything to YouTube. Is it time to switch to @Bell ? Thoughts? #RogersSucks
