Hi @Bell_Support. Re: ticket INC0323162, please include that the problem still exists and the #HWY402 corridor still has poor service. Call dropped 3 times between London and Sarnia yesterday

An hour waiting on the phone. 2 different customer service agents gave me wrong numbers for Quebec despite the modem saying call 310-bell had to drive to a @Bell store and get a new home hub. TV 4k modem won't connect to the new home hub. Back on the phone to wait another hour

@Bell_Support @priprileigh Same automated message over and over just be honest and say what the problem is and when it’s getting fixed…. We have work tomorrow or else we have to make plans. But when you send the bill you want your money in time right?

Manager that assaulted me @Bell is suing me. This animal called me weak every single day for having #anxiety & told me to "never talk back to him" when I told him to stop putting his hands on me. My mind disassociated & now to add insult to injury he is countersuing me #BellTeam
