@ConsumerSOS And the #Hwy402 corridor that @Bell_Support serves. I’ve had a ticket opened with them as you can’t have a basic phone conversation along the corridor of Canada’s second busiest commercial crossing. Still no better service.

Hi @Bell_Support. Re: ticket INC0323162, please include that the problem still exists and the #HWY402 corridor still has poor service. Call dropped 3 times between London and Sarnia yesterday

Gonna miss the customer service from @TekSavvyNetwork as they are undoubtedly the best in Canada.. unfortunately via @Rogers our service is completely unacceptable and we've decided to move to @Bell fibre which they can't offer. Frig.

@Bell fix your damn website.. been trying to sign up for internet the last 2 days on FIVE different devices on different networks and browsers. Made it as far as shopping cart but then it auto logs you out and won't move past password screen. My lord.

3) We were then without internet which took 24 hours and an hour of being on hold to fix. Set up another appointment and they were to come today and have everything done and we were told it would only take an hour. I call to confirm and I’m told someone will be there b4 5. @Bell

1) Attention Friends….RANT: Anyone looking to switch to Bell Fibe in my area, prepare yourself…you’ll be dealing with absolute incompetence and terrible customer service. We were told that Fibe was now available in our area @Bell
